---Day 1-3: Old town cagliari, Il Gallo bianco hotel---
Our journey begins in the vibrant marina of Cagliari, a city kissed by the sea and steeped in ancient history—from Roman ruins to Carthaginian relics to the whispers of Goddess cults that once flourished here. We’ll ease into the magic with sunset aperitivos in the old city, where golden light bathes stone streets and the air is thick with beauty and possibility.
The next morning, we’ll be guided by a local expert—a journalist and keeper of Sardinia’s sacred feminine history—on a gentle ceremonial walk through La Sella del Diavolo, the “Devil’s Saddle.” This wild, herb-scented walk leads us to the sea, where we’ll pause to open our senses and welcome the spirit of the land. Our path ends at a pristine, semi-private beach for a slow, joyful seaside lunch and swim in crystalline waters.
After a restful afternoon, we’ll gather for a traditional Sardinian dinner, complete with folk music and dance—an immersion into the island’s soulful rhythms.
----Day 3-4: Mountains of Baunei---
The next day brings sweetness, quite literally. We’ll visit a local honey farm to taste Sardinia’s famed golden nectar, then wander through secret artisan shops and bakeries. Later, we’ll head to Costa Rei—one of Sardinia’s most spectacular beaches—for a long, luxurious lunch and time to soak in the turquoise waters.
As the sun begins to lower, we’ll visit the island’s ancient Nuraghe and Tomba dei Giganti—mystical megalithic sites—before making our way to the mountain village of Baunei. There, we’ll rest in a charming boutique hotel nestled between sea breezes and warm stone cliffs.
Our next adventure takes us through the awe-inspiring Gorropu Valley, home to towering rock formations and quiet majesty. From there, we descend to Cala Gonone, a quaint seaside village where we’ll stay at La Conchiglia, and enjoy a soul-warming dinner prepared by a local couple—think velvety handmade pastas and comforting flavors passed down through generations.
---Day 4-6: cala gonone, coast of baunei, Hotel Bue Marino----
The following day is pure dreamscape: a full-day private boat tour along the coast of Baunei, often called the most beautiful coastline in Europe. We’ll glide into sea caves like mermaids, lounge on secluded beaches, and dine on the boat with the Mediterranean as our tablecloth. The waters here are impossibly clear, and the coastline is otherworldly in its beauty.
That evening, we head inland to Dorgali for a rustic agriturismo dinner—your chance to try wild boar stew, goat, or other traditional Sardinian dishes, made with love by local hands.
-----Day 6-7: cagliari, santa cristina + our farewell, Boutique Hotel Carlo Felice----
On our final full day, we journey to Santa Cristina, a 3,500-year-old sacred site shaped like a woman’s vulva—an architectural ode to the women who came before us and the sacred island. Descend into its stone womb and feel the ancient pulse of Ichnusa, this land of mystery and myth where the Goddess still lives.
Our last evening brings us full circle, back to Cagliari for a celebratory night of live music, laughter, and an exquisite outdoor dinner in the marina, featuring some of the best pizza and pasta Sardinia has to offer.
We will also visit and hold ritual at a very significant and sacred ancient site. This site is over 3,500 years old and is built in the shape of a woman’s vulva. It is a beautiful and transformative experience and our honor to take you there.
