I’m Shannon Jamail- a gal with a mission to help other women (you!) to connect, grow and thrive in all aspects of their lives. I do this as a best selling author, a podcast host, a retreat leader, a therapist turned performance coach, as a speaker and a tequila connoisseur (not really but I do enjoy sipping on a good pour). Keep reading to learn more about me! Fear. Anxiety. Stress. Negative thinking. Imposter syndrome. Does this sound like you? I have been there; feeling like an imposter, worrying I will be found out and that I was not enough. I have felt fear and have let that hold me back. I have struggled with anxiety and let it debilitate me in the past. I have experienced obstacles that I myself created and cultivated a life around negative thoughts and limiting stories. Connected. Authentic. Purpose Driven. Thriving. This is where you will now find me (most days). An imperfect, wanna-be hippy/ yogi, therapist turned performance coach and author of my best selling book Surrender, that sometimes curses too much. Simple, but pointed and raw in my teaching. I make mistakes, enjoy my tequila and know that in order to be truly fulfilled- I have to be connected, authentic, present & passion filled- and in that space is where I experience real purpose and joy. Drawing from my own personal life experiences and the privilege of working with thousands of others who have embarked on similar journeys- I believe I have the tools to effectively help women through my different platforms: workshops, coaching, programs, retreats and intentional products. Formal credentials? Yeah. I have those too. Though I don’t believe a degree or certificate is the foundation of worth (not that I am not proud as sh*t of the work it took to get em). I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science and Nutrition Certification from Cornell University in addition to yoga & meditation certifications- for what I believe to be a complete mind & body approach to thriving. I am a former Executive at a Fortune 500 company and a successful entrepreneur multiple times over. Other fun facts: I love to create intentional products, help other retreat leaders grow, paddle board and am blessed with a driven and supportive hubby, four amazing children, a beautiful daughter in law and a gorgeous grand daughter. I currently live in Marble Falls, Texas.

Great Reset

Shanon was a great facilitator the strategies were pragmatic and enough to digest for 3 hours online. Kim's yoga and meditation were amazing and the people who attended all helped with positive energy. Makes me want to attend a physical retreat. This was the perfect reset for me in my stage of personal and professional transition.

A MUST: Mind & Body Complete Retreats

I have known Shannon Jamail, owner of Mind & Body Complete for several years. I find her to be one of the most giving, compassionate, aware, and, curious people I know. She brings that mindset to all of her retreats. I have attended several yoga retreats in the last 15 years and I continue to be pulled to Shannon's. The destinations are amazing from the desert in a tent, to a beautiful house near a vineyard to a beach house on the ocean to my own living room. Shannon partners with amazing women to create an experience focused on movement, meditation, feeding the physical body, mind, and soul, connection to the collective and some remarkable women. If you choose to allow it, this experience will inevitability create positive change in your world when you leave. I have made lifelong friendships I am forever grateful for. Amazing time for whole body and soul wellness!!

I attended a retreat in Santa Rosa Beach FL. It was absolutely amazing!! Shannon is such a beautiful and generous soul, she ensured all of my expectations were exceeded. The beach house was beautiful, the food was out of this world amazing, the yoga and wine were perfection...and the women I met were some of the most amazing goddesses I've had the privilege to know. I highly recommend investing in your own wellness and attending one of Shannon's retreats!!

I wholeheartedly believe that the right people for you to connect with (including Shannon with her inspirational, REAL and generous energy) will be waiting for you at this retreat! You will have the opportunity to BOND and create powerful friendships that last far beyond the few days you'll spend together.
While there is time for connection, you'll also find time to TUNE IN.
Shannon creates a peaceful space and you'll have the opportunity to DISconnect from everyday stresses like social media, your phone, your email... etc. to the extent that you choose. Shannon's thoughtful and capable team handle all the details of your retreat so that you're able to RELAX.
Lastly, you'll find many opportunities to REPROGRAM. Shannon is a expert in her field and a thought leader. An experience that will last a lifetime!

Words cannot do justice to the experience I had when attending retreats with Shannon Jamail at Mindy & Body Complete. Shannon does an amazing job creating a loving, non-judgemental environment for women to dream, plan and reach their full potential. Choosing love over fear is Shannon's mantra that she lives by. The locations are amazing from nature retreats in the desert to relaxation in wine country to blissfulness at the beach you cannot make a bad location choice.
