Preparation
Guests are asked to refrain from eating for at least 3 hours prior to arrival. Additional preparation guidance is shared in advance.
Arrival & Grounding (10:00–12:00)
The day begins with a calm arrival and time to settle into the space. There is no rush. We allow the nervous system to ground and the body to arrive fully before the work begins.
Guided Journey (4–5 hours)
The guided experience unfolds over approximately 4–5 hours, held in a quiet, supportive, and carefully curated environment. You are guided throughout with presence, care, and professional support.
Closing & Rest
As the journey gently comes to a close, time is dedicated to grounding, rest, and quiet reflection. Guests are encouraged to keep the remainder of the day free, allowing insights to settle naturally.
Integration Support
Post-session integration support is available, offering space for reflection and continued guidance in the days following the experience
