Mary

A yoga and embodiment teacher, Mary has worked as a counsellor in the field of mental health support, substance misuse and addiction recovery for 4 years, and in gender based violence working with survivors of sexual trauma for 6 years. Guiding yoga and somatics retreats since 2016 and passionate about embodiment as a tool for integration - whether that be working with the voice, the breath and the soma (body) as a whole, she believes in the body's innate wisdom to teach us what we need to learn, and its innate ability to heal. She is on a committed path of self-enquiry and exploration, 7 years personal experience working with psychedelics and entheogens in a therapeutic way and holds a safe and compassionate space with gentle enquiry, curiousity and humour. Mary is passionate about supporting people to a better place of wellbeing to live a more integrated life.

Aga

Holistic soul guide, psychotherapist, psychedelic integration coach. In my work I combine body-mind and spirit work creating safe containers for individual & group healing. I draw upon shamanic wisdom working mostly with psilocybin in ceremonial setting, also using the knowledge of mental health & trauma inprints. I’ve given more than 500 hours of individual therapy. I am deeply in service of creating soul group fields that while supporting the individual, they open up higher healing potential. In my work I follow the guidelines of harm reduction and do clients' pre- screenings & evaluations. I will meet you with authenticity of my own being, with compassion, kindness, gentleness, deeply honouring your process. My own training includes a certification in SFBT Psychotherapy, psychedelic integration training with MIND Foundation and also various shamanic initiations as well as meditation practices.

This is a comprehensive program that extends beyond the retreat itself, including thorough preparation beforehand and three months of post-retreat group and individual integration support. Our home for the week will be a splendid private villa in the southwest of Portugal.

It is an hour and 15 minute drive from Faro airport and approx 3 hours from Lisbon.

Safety & comfort are our priorities. Twin and single rooms depending on availability.

We will have complete and private access to the venue for the duration of our stay.

This was a beautiful and expanding experience. I felt safe and i discovered many things about myself. The venue is beautiful, nature around and these yurts that I really loved. But more importantly, I felt that the facilitators were grounded, listening to our group needs, professional and the whole experience was once in a lifetime.
