Retreat Highlights

  • What Makes This Retreat Special
  • Guidance from Stillness: You’ll be gently guided by someone who’s been walking this path for over 20 years — not as a career, but as a way of life. Their presence doesn’t preach, it reflects. What you need isn’t taught — it’s already in you, just waiting to rise to the surface.
  • Integration: The journey doesn’t end when the training does. You’ll have 8 hours of post-retreat integration to help the teachings settle in gently — giving you time to absorb, reflect, and carry the practice into your everyday rhythm.
  • Snorkeling with the Sea’s Rhythm: Slip beneath the surface and let the ocean show you her quiet secrets. Snorkeling in Cambodia is like a slow jam with the sea—warm waters, coral gardens swaying in rhythm, and schools of curious fish cruising by like nature’s own backing band. Out here, time stretches like a long note. Just you, the reef, and the hush of the deep. Bliss.
  • Bonfire and Jamming: There’s something magic about a crackling fire and a circle of good souls, guitars in hand, rhythms rising with the smoke. It’s not about the perfect note—it’s about the vibe, the connection, the stories flowing like warm ocean currents.
  • Personalized Attention: With small groups and daily sharing circles, this space is made for real connection. Your path is your own, and we’re here to walk it with you — with support, presence, and a whole lot of heart.
  • Breathwork Native American Flute Journey: Drift into a space where breath meets rhythm. Inspired by the Wim Hof Method, this journey invites you to breathe deep, hold with intention, and tap into your own inner fire. Guided gently, you’ll feel the nervous system settle, awareness expand, and strength rise from within. Live Native American flute flows through the session — weaving sound and silence, giving your breath something to dance with. Slow down, tune in, and ride the rhythm of your breath.
  • Swim with Bioluminescent Plankton: By night, the sea comes alive. Glide through the water and watch it light up around you — every move sparking a soft glow, like dancing through a sea of starlight. It’s rare, it’s real, and it’s pure magic.

Guide
In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which led him to guide international teacher trainings and certify 72 teachers. His nomadic lifestyle allowed him to study with masters worldwide.

Trained directly by Wim Hof, Wolf specialized in breathwork and became a certified freediver and Native American flute instructor. He also studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.

As a descendant of Ilocano spirit mediums, he explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon and led ceremonies in Peru. In Nepal, he studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery. Wolf’s message is to practice until embodiment flows naturally, with no separation between the practitioner and the practice.

Location Information
Kactus – The Hidden Treehouse is a slow-living beach spot tucked on the sunset side of Koh Ta Kiev, Cambodia, right where the jungle meets the sea on Plankton Beach.

Sleep easy in a bungalow, nestled in nature. Eat fresh, homemade food with island flair in our relaxed restaurant. Golden sand, clear water, no rush.

Spend your days snorkeling, wandering through jungle trails, or just swaying in a hammock. When night falls, take a dip with glowing plankton under the stars. And if you’re into birds, the island’s full of song — hornbills, giant bats, and over 150 wild species keeping the rhythm alive.

Organizer
Tree Yoga returns to the roots of yoga. Let go of what you think reality is and feel the flow of reality as it is. With gratitude, we embrace this moment.

Since 2020, we’ve shared this path through 16 teacher trainings across Peru, the United States, Guatemala, and Nepal. Here, life and practice naturally merge into union.

As a Yoga Alliance-certified school, we offer Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga Teacher Trainings, guiding you to the heart of authentic yoga.
