I have been walking a path of healing for over 15 years, and for the past decade I have been working with others in this field. I was born in Israel into a family of Holocaust survivors, and I grew up in an environment that was emotionally and physically unwell. In that early state of fragility and limitation, I began searching for healing — or perhaps healing found me. With a deep inner desire to heal myself, but without clear knowledge or direction, life began to move me away from everything familiar. What followed was a gradual unfolding into a new way of being and a new level of consciousness, shaped by both challenge and grace. Over time, I was slowly built into the capacity to support the healing of others. This path has been, and continues to be, deeply challenging. Yet alongside it, a growing sense of freedom and unconditional peace has been emerging, as I learn to release old identities and move through inner obstacles. My approach brings together shamanic practice and psychotherapy, shaped through years of personal inquiry, direct experience, and learning with teachers from different traditions. I meet each person where they are, offering guidance when needed while honoring their own inner knowing. In our work, I listen closely and attune to what may be moving beneath the surface. This can include recognizing patterns or imbalances within the body, psyche, and consciousness, and working together toward greater clarity and integration. Rather than positioning myself as someone who has the answers, I see my role as helping to illuminate what is already present and ready to emerge. A central thread in this work is the healing of the “inner family” — the inner child, and the mother and father archetypes. As these relationships begin to shift, there is often a deeper sense of grounding, wholeness, and alignment with one’s life. I hold a strong trust in the possibility of healing, while also respecting the depth and complexity of each individual path. My role is to offer a clear and grounded container, and to walk alongside each person with care, honesty, and discernment. The presence of Spirit — or God — in my life is what most deeply shapes my human experience. It is this living presence that I continue to learn to trust, surrender to, and align with, and it is what I support others to recognize within themselves. This work is informed by indigenous shamanic traditions and the mystical streams within Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, and Christianity, along with a lived relationship to the sacred expressed through both the feminine and masculine. I continue to walk this path as a student as well as a practitioner, committed to deepening both my understanding and the quality of presence I bring to this work. The creative process is a process of birth.

It begins as a seed planted within the heart. Something grows inside us, and we do not yet know how it will look when it is born into the world.

Through deep listening to the heart, we open to inspiration and allow creation to unfold — from an abstract idea into a complete, living, and tangible expression.

This is an invitation into a new kind of space — for those standing at the threshold of a new expression: a project, path, service, or vision that seeks to take form.

Through a deep process of healing, inner listening, and opening to spirit, we move from the invisible into the tangible. What is born may become a unique creation, a project, a service, or a living expression that carries your essence into the world.

This is a process of bringing the heart’s vision into reality — a process of creation from the unseen, guided by what already lives within you and seeks to come into form.

A process of giving birth to what is ready to exist.

The Journey Includes

3 Online Sessions A process of deep listening, unfolding, and clarification. We explore what is emerging, soften inner blocks, and begin to give shape to what is seeking expression.

3-Day Shamanic Retreat A deep immersive space of healing, alignment, and presence. Through shamanic work and inner opening, we support the embodiment of what wants to be born.

3 Weeks — Manifestation & Form Phase From this space, we move into grounding the vision in reality. This may include structure, expression, language, direction — and when aligned, a living form through which your creation can exist in the world.

It is a process of emergence — where what is already alive within you is allowed to naturally take form.

and a 3 week personal process of manifestation.

The shamanic retreat is 2 nights & 3 days into the sacred space of our hearts, closely supported by an experienced shaman-therapist, in an intimate and supportive environment.
In south Portugal, in a quiet and private space surrounded by nature, ceremonies & accommodation are in the tent or by the lake.

The intention for this retreat is for you, who feels the creative force within you, and ready to birth it into existence.

You will have an opportunity to ask all questions and receive guidance and preparation for the journey and I will be available for support and questions from the moment you register.

Schedule

The schedule in this Procces is deeply individual. The retreat is designed as a vehicle for deepening your connection with yourself, while listening deeply to the invitation of the spirit. Rather than following a fixed timetable, the schedule is shaped through our shared practice of listening and attuning to the heart and to the guidance.
Together, we create the most supportive environment for entering the heart of the journey.

An experience that will resonate with me for the rest of my life.

Param, along with friend and guide Elan, I cant thank you enough. Healing is a long journey, but one that has to start somewhere. I couldn’t believe how sad I was to leave, these people really do the work and know what they are talking about. Professional in a sense of knowledge, but welcoming and open in a sense of helping guide you to the healing places you need to be. Again, I cant explain what this meant to me, how this retreat helped open my eyes and heart to new beginnings in my soul.

Words arent enough for my experience, and I am extremely grateful for Param welcoming me to his retreat and for opening his place for me.

If you're searching for truth : You are in the right place.

What I'm about to tell you is not a commercial, nor is it a fancy story telling aiming at being nice towards my dear guests.
What I'm about to say is only the truth, my truth.
I am positive that Adya and Param contributed a great deal, within those few days spent in their guidance, to a meaningful breakthrough into the depths of my heart.
Their home, where I almost felt myself like home towards the end, is sculpted in their image : Simple, warm, authentic and raw. There are no distractions for the mind. Deep conversations that invite you to speak from your heart, and notice the difference with speaking from your mind, petting and playing with their dog and their cats, contemplating the southern bushes and vegetation populated by sacred medicine plants, taking a dip into the pound surrounded by frogs, gazing at the stars under the milky way at night by your Teepee, sitting by the fire, and being a guest to share at their table the delicious, natural and nourishing meals they cook to refill your body as they cleanse your spirit.
Adya's piercing sight went straight to my nods and inner conflicts, pushing the buttons were I didn't want to be pushed, always with a sincere and loving intent. And Param was always there to support me and take me out of the deep waters when I needed it. They provide, I feel, a beautiful balance between polarities that reflected into my inner polarities and helped harmonize them. At each step of the way, I felt held, listened and understood. This was the safest place I met so far, helping me to release and allow my vulnerability to surface. I had a splendid rebirth with Param, releasing some of the deepest sadness stuck inside. And during my stay, they both adapted their medicine plan to the place I was each day. This flexibilty and he many options they provide was greatly appreciated and essential to breakthrough my mental barriers.
Thanks to all of this, and much more that would take an essay to explain, the ceremonies spent in their guidance lead me finally, after years of searching and experiences, to open something deep inside. This opening manifested itself in a beautiful gift received from the sky during one of the ceremonies.
Since that day, I'm listening closely, following the path that was felt deep inside. My gratitude for Adya and Param is boundless. And I know I'll meet them very soon on the path again. To go even deeper.
