Life Changing!
My time spent with Shelley Ann and Shawn (Mr. and Mrs. Shrooms) was absolutely transformational. Not only is their space beautiful and filled with loving intention, they themselves are too. It was my first experience with plant medicine and any anxiety I had left me the second I interacted with them. You never feel like they have any motives aside from ensuring a safe and transformative trip. I went into the experience expecting to recover some hard memories and difficult truths, all of which happened but when those things scared me, Shelley Ann, (who stays with you for the entire duration of your trip) calmed me with a practiced hand. For much of it, she was a light in the darkness. After coming down, she allows you ample time to get your bearings and get some things off your chest, the space is so emotionally inviting that I found myself experiencing breakthroughs just by stating my truth for the first time. On the logistics side, a car is sent to retrieve you on the day of your experience and that same driver, David will ensure your safe return to your room/resort/airbnb etc. You'll also be contacted soon after to check in on your progress and offer some affirmations and guidance as you navigate your new self. This will not be my last time taking this journey with Shelley Ann and Shawn and if you're worried about whether they are the right fit for you, all you have to do is hear Shelley Ann's voice and you'll be put at ease. Trust me! And as an extra bonus, they have beautiful garden space and the most adorable puppy!
