4-day transformational Ayahuasca Retreat

I was expecting to have an interesting time during this retreat with perhaps some insight and introspection on my life. I received a complete rebirth of my consciousness and a vital injection of purpose, joy and love into my essence. I am changed so much for the better that it will take me a month before I have processed this.
Sergio is a remarkable man with amazing insight and a sensitive nature. He is able to see through the flimsy façade that the attendees hid behind and go straight to the heart of the matter. His staff is peerless and as professional as the staff at a five-star hotel.

I bonded with every person who was on the retreat with me. I came in with so much baggage and left like I was weightless for the first time in 60 years.

The people who work for Sergio are very caring and warm. I felt good at the place and with the people.
The good is just absolutely amazing!!

Points to improve:
- Hygiene; During the Ayahuasca, everyone was drinking from the same cup. This is in 2024, Covid was just a couple of years ago.
- Holding space. The Facilitators good better hold space during the Bufo sessions. 2 people at the same time were having Bufo, and some were around them, and some were in the middle staring at them. When someone under the influence of Bufo stood up, everyone was staring ag him with strange eyes. Learning how to hold space would be an art that the place could benefit from.
- Unfortunately there was no singing the ayahuasca songs, as you normally have during Ayahuasca retreats as originally done. On the third day, this amazing women took her guitar and song a beautiful song. I was missing the ups and downs from how it originally goes.
