About this Retreat
In recent years I have specialized most in depression and negative self-images and how they work on a cellular level. Depression can have a variety of causes, including diet, medication, illness, and emotional setbacks. The mind, or in other words your mindset, can make your body unhealthy and thereby provoke inflammatory depression. It also works the other way around, depression or inflammation in the body cause negative thinking. You can use my knowledge and services to escape from the negative spiral of depression. At the moment I am attending lectures on the combination of behaviour, biology and evolution. This shows that a lot of our behavior goes beyond our own lives. I apply this new knowledge to new sessions.
Janneke is a member of the Triptherapie team who plays a crucial role in the initial contact with clients. She assesses the safety of the desired sessions based on the intake forms submitted by clients. After booking a session, Janneke provides a personalized lifestyle plan that includes various components such as a basic nutrition plan, balancing hormones and neurotransmitters, and offering inspirational viewing and listening tips. Her background in caregiving and her ability to empathize with others' feelings and traumas contribute to her effectiveness as a tripsitter. Additionally, she supports group ceremonies and serves as a confidant for clients who may need to discuss any issues that arise during a session.

Two Guided Psychedelic Sessions in One Week
This retreat combines two psychedelic therapy sessions with comfortable private housing in Noordwijk. You choose the legal variations of even combinations of these psychedelics: Psilocybin truffles , LSD, MDMA or Ketamine.
Your two dosing days take place on day 1 or 2, and day 4 or 5, giving time in between to rest, integrate, and enjoy the beachside surroundings.

The apartment has three separate bedrooms, of which two are set up as sleeping rooms, making it suitable for both individual and duo retreats. We have also added special elements to the space to enrich the psychedelic sessions. From art to curated lighting and sound to comfortable furnishing that supports both inner journeying and integration.
