About this Retreat
As a psychologist, Reineke is trained in the field of psychology and has expertise in various therapeutic approaches. Their role within Triptherapie involves conducting psychological assessments, delivering therapeutic interventions, and supporting individuals in their mental health journey.
Reineke's approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, which are supported by scientific research and have demonstrated effectiveness in treating various mental health conditions. By utilizing these evidence-based techniques, Reineke aims to provide clients with the most effective and appropriate interventions for their unique needs.
In addition to my Psychology studies at the University of Amsterdam with the master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Sascha have followed various further training courses, including the basic courses of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR, but also, for example, the Vat of Self-esteem.
Sascha works now with psychedelics for Triptherapie and has graduated for working with psychedelics in therpy by RINO Amsterdam

Our MDMA retreat for a maximum of 5 participants and two therapists is now available to book.
In the MDMA ceremonies that we organize, you participate as one of a maximum of five participants. You prepare for this session individually, working with the personal advice we give you. On the day of the ceremony, we are a group for the first period of about one to two hours and you can talk about yourself and the goals you have. As soon as the MDMA (analogue) starts to take effect (45 minutes after ingestion) we use a silent phase of 2 to 3 hours during which the music takes you on a loving introspective journey. After this phase we switch to connection again and there is room to share the experience and feelings with the group and/or the supervisors.
In addition to the therapeutic aspects, the Psychedelic Loft is designed to enhance the experience with art and a calming atmosphere, which can contribute to the overall journey. After the ceremony, participants often have the option to stay overnight, allowing them to process their experiences in a comfortable setting before returning home.

The Psychedelic Loft in Schiedam is a beautifully designed space specifically set up for organizing psychedelic ceremonies. It is located in the historic center of Schiedam, offering a stunning view of De Noord Molen, the tallest windmill in the world. The address is only accessible by appointment.
This loft was formerly a jenever distillery and an art gallery. The ground floor has been modernized and reconfigured to facilitate psychedelic therapy and truffle ceremonies.
