Most people arrive carrying something specific. In our screening conversations, the same themes come up again and again. You don't need a diagnosis to be here. Many people simply feel they've lost touch with themselves and want to find their way back.
•Burnout and chronic stress: running on empty, wired but exhausted, unable to switch off.
•Anxiety and low mood: patterns that talk therapy alone hasn't shifted.
•Grief and unresolved loss: emotions that have gone unspoken or unprocessed.
•Old patterns on repeat: the same thoughts, reactions, and habits looping.
•Disconnection: from your body, the people close to you, or a sense of meaning.
•A crossroads: a divorce, career change, health scare, or milestone that asks for a deeper look.
Every applicant is screened individually for safety. If a retreat isn't the right fit right now, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward better-suited support.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟑-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭: 𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞
Over 3 days and 2 nights in a peaceful venue surrounded by Dutch nature, you will experience two psilocybin ceremonies, each held by experienced facilitators in a small group of maximum 11 participants. Between the ceremonies there is a full integration day with sharing circles, a Sound Healing Journey, time in nature, and creative expression, so you can process the first ceremony before entering the second.
𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭:
•One guided psilocybin ceremonies with curated music and trauma-informed facilitation.
•1:1 sessions with your facilitators throughout the retreat.
•Daily grounding practices: meditation, somatic movement, and breathwork.
•Sharing circles after each ceremony to begin processing while the experience is still fresh.
•Nourishing plant-based meals and comfortable accommodation in nature.
•A team that includes psychologists, neuroscientists, and certified psychedelic practitioners.

Phase 1: Preparation
The groundwork you lay beforehand shapes both the experience and how well it settles afterwards. Through a live preparation workshop and our self-paced online course covering intention, trust, the science of psychedelics, and embodiment, you'll prepare your mindset, meet your facilitators, and connect with your group before you arrive.
Phase 2: The retreat
One psilocybin ceremony held by experienced facilitators who create an atmosphere of trust, so you can let go and fully meet the experience. Sharing circles woven into the retreat begin the first layer of integration, and grounding practices settle you before and after the ceremony: meditation, somatic movement, nature walks, plant-based meals, and time to rest.
Phase 3: Live Integration Programme
This is where the real work begins. Over 3 weeks and 3 live integration calls led by neuroscientists, transpersonal coaches, and psychologists, we help you carry what you found into daily life. This isn't about fitting your insights back into your old life. It's about shaping a new one. You also receive lifetime access to our private Community Platform, with guided meditations, integration content, retreat chat groups, and 1:1 support. Whether you speak often or sit quietly, every level of engagement is welcome.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞
This is what participants most often report, and what the entire programme is built to protect:
•Trauma healing: old wounds met, processed, and released in a trauma-informed space.
•Profound insights: seeing your life, your patterns, and your relationships with startling clarity.
•Emotional release: grief, anger, and tension that finally have somewhere to go.
•A kinder inner voice: the critic softens, self-compassion takes root.
•Reconnection: to your body, your intuition, and the people you love.
•Freedom from looping patterns: the thoughts and habits that kept you stuck lose their grip.
•Perspective that lasts: not a peak experience that fades, but a shift that keeps unfolding.
•Practical tools and community: daily practices, weekly meditations, and a lifelong community you can return to.
Change doesn't have to take years. What shifts in ceremony is real and lasting, and our support doesn't stop when the retreat ends. You'll have our team, a structure, and a community beside you afterwards, so what you found here has everything it needs to become part of how you actually live.
