Details of this retreat
Set in a lovely old village of Burgundy, in the Nivernais area and close to the vast Bertranges forest, La Maison has a warm and friendly welcome in store for you.
This retreat is an invitation to pause, reflect, and explore these questions together with an open heart and mind. Throughout the retreat, we will embark on a journey of profound self-exploration, guided by compassionate attention, care, and trust.
Among many other deep existential questions, we are going to explore such questions of our day-to-day lives in a safe and compassionate space:
• Is there a new way of living which is not based upon past conditioning, repetitive fears, sorrows, guilt and old patters of thought and emotions?
• Is there a new way of relating to oneself and one-another which is not based on escaping from one’s loneliness or emptiness?
