About this Retreat
Gary Goodhue is a student and teacher of consciousness and creation. Living and working at Sunrise Ranch, he serves as associate faculty for the Full Self Emergence and Primal Spirituality programs. He is the Director of Community Coordination at Sunrise Ranch.
Gary supports healthy relationships and conflict resolution as a Restorative Circle facilitator and Unitive Justice trainer for Northern Colorado.
As a wordsmith, he enjoys teaching, public speaking and performing his original high-vibrational spoken-word poetry. His focus is on bringing deep principles of truth and love into practical, everyday application. The results are increased presence, clarity, peace, focus and power.
Bexx Biehl has lived at Sunrise Ranch since 2017 and is an Attunement practitioner, Reiki master, lifelong energy healing practitioner, herbalist, seasoned yoga and meditation teacher and practitioner, high vibration enthusiast, and seeker of higher spiritual truths.
Bexx came from a Christian mystic background, where she learned about energy healing as a small child in the earliest stages of development. This early learning set her up for a lifetime of spiritual seeking and deepening her connection with Source.
Bexx is deeply connected to the spiritual traditions hailing from India and the far East.
It is her deepest joy and privilege to assist those looking to grow and heal old trauma patterns that no longer serve. She remains committed to the spiritual regeneration of planet Earth, infusing this dedication into every aspect of her being.
Lana Roach is a facilitator and guide devoted to supporting people in the remembrance of their own inner authority, clarity, and capacity to live from love. Her work is rooted in practical spirituality, emphasizing embodiment, presence, and the integration of spiritual insight into everyday life.
As an energy medicine practitioner and program facilitator, Lana serves as a guide for inner remembering, helping others reconnect with the innate wisdom and creative power that already lives within them. She is especially passionate about sovereignty of being and the natural unfolding of a full and fulfilling life when one is aligned with their true nature.
Lana’s background as an herbalist informs her grounded, earth-honoring approach, offering a subtle but steady foundation of presence and attunement in her work.
Her facilitation style is warm, steady, and deeply affirming, creating a space where transformation arises through awareness, attunement, and lived experience.

Directions
One of Sunrise Ranch’s biggest advantages as a retreat center lies in its convenient location. Just a 20-minute drive from downtown Loveland and Horsetooth Reservoir, and about an hour from Denver International Airport, we are close to town yet far enough removed in the mountains to escape noise and pollution. The roads leading to the property are paved and well-maintained all the way—no need for four-wheel-drive vehicles or SUVs, even in winter.
Mimi’s Ride to Fly is our main shuttle service. Groome Transporation also runs from the airport right to our doorstep.

This is a private room. Most single rooms have a queen bed, though rarely a twin bed. The bathrooms and showers are in a nearby hallway.

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains 18 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park and close to population centers of Fort Collins, Boulder and Denver, Sunrise Ranch is a peaceful and beautiful venue for groups and individuals. The ranch has been growing since 1945 and is the home of about 100 people who ranch, farm, cook, care, and practice radiating love in all they do.
As a complement to the accommodations experience, our amenities provide additional activities for relaxation and renewal. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool during the summer, and the dry sauna and hot tub are available for year-round use. There are various hiking trails around the property, with sweeping views of Eden Valley and Green Ridge Glade Reservoir. A tranquil pond and stone labyrinth round out the list of meditative places. Massage is available upon request.

As part of our commitment to healthy living in mind, body and spirit, we insist on the highest quality nourishment for our guests and community members.
Much of our food comes straight from our own farm and garden. Our produce is pesticide-free and GMO-free, and our pastured chickens and 100 percent grass-fed cattle always receive humane treatment.
Other items come from local farms or are Certified Organic. We are sensitive to individual needs and provide satisfying options for gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and dairy-free diets.
