☀️ Chakra Savvy Yoga

tunes you into your deepest energy source and sacred centers with yin yoga, strengthening, asana flow, breath, and meditation. You will experience a full body-mind-spirit reset, leaving you feeling detoxed and recharged.

🎨 Intuitive Collage
taps into your deep well of creative wisdom and subconscious expression. In this experience, you’ll move beyond overthinking and create a personal oracle card—a meaningful visual dialogue with Source, full of insights and guidance. We’ll start with a grounding meditation, follow with guided steps to craft your collage, and finish with reflection and sharing. No artistic skill needed—just an open mind and willing heart! This is about connecting to your highest self and awakening creativity, not making a perfect piece of art.

Meet Your Facilitators:

Jessica Goulding (E-RYT 500, CIAYT) is the creator of Chakra Savvy™ and has been teaching alignment-based contemplative and therapeutic yoga since 2004. She has taught yoga and stress management in a myriad of settings, including churches, colleges, corporate events, corporate retreats, yoga studios, yoga festivals and client's homes. She thoroughly enjoys bringing the rich healing methods of yoga to all challenging aspects of life. Jessica’s teaching style is both fun and informative, as she meets each student right where they are and takes them deeper into their own personal journey. www.jessgoulding.com

Dara Chambers is an intuitive artist, spiritual seeker, and teacher with a passion for exploring the intersection between art and spirituality. She has been on this path for over 30 years, using intuitive art as a powerful tool for spiritual connection and personal growth. Dara believes that our souls are here to create, express, and experience all the beautiful, messy parts of being human.

Her approach focuses on finding balance between living from the soul's perspective—where we tap into inner wisdom and higher consciousness—and navigating the human experience with all its challenges and joys. By using intuitive art as a tool to connect with divine consciousness and access soul wisdom, she helps others move beyond the limitations of the mind and live from a more soul-centered perspective. www.soulfullycreative.com

Angela Kelley, Retreat Hostess, has been a student of Jessica’s since 2010, and has been part of the Jess G Yoga team since 2019. She brings over 20 years of marketing, event and community building experience to the Jess G team. As Retreat Hostess, she hopes to make each guest know they are loved and seen, and to create an overall delightful experience.

She considers herself a story collector, milkshake connoisseur, and expert roamer. She has a knack for connecting people to what they are seeking, and in her own roaming, she seeks to pay rapt attention to the undertones of life. She believes in the magic combination of serendipity and sagacity, and is always on the lookout for a glimpse of the invisible threads that weave us all together. Read More
