About this Retreat
Shikha Sharma, a native of Delhi, started her journey into the world of yoga at the tender age of five under the guidance of her father. Despite pursuing further studies in commerce, her passion for yoga remained unwavering. This passion has led her to learn Yoga under respected teachers in India. It wasn't until the onset of the second wave of COVID-19 that she decided to delve deeper into her yogic path, ultimately earning a Master's degree in Yogic Science.
She is a dedicated Hatha Yoga teacher, blending her academic knowledge with the wisdom passed down through generations, helping others discover the transformative power of yoga. In her classes, she blends breathwork with movement creating a perfect balance during asana practice. Her classes help students finding their balance with help of aligning breath, body and mind.

Born and raised in a traditional Brahmin family in the holy city of Rishikesh, Yogi Upendra Ji was introduced to yoga and ancient scriptures in his early childhood by his father, a Sanskrit scholar.
