Yoga at 7.
8 o clock - breakfast
from 8.30 to 11 meetings or time for yourself
11, yoga and meditation
12.30 lunch
13.30 until 17 o clock having time for yourself and having relaxations with singing bowls and affirmation
18 o clock dinner
19 o clock some play time with beautiful spiritual themes.
