Peter Wrycza is a master facilitator, coach, and transformational guide whose work spans over 45 years of exploring the deep structures of change, consciousness, and awakening. With a presence that is both gentle and profound, Peter holds space in a way that invites truth, stillness, and deep unfolding.
Peter is the founder of Conversations on the Edge of Silence — a subtle and powerful approach to working with individuals, couples, and groups. His signature method is grounded in decades of meditation, self-inquiry, and movement practice, and is shaped by a unique synthesis of Balinese wisdom traditions and Western approaches to transformation. He calls this integrated path “the Way of Unfolding” — an organic process that honors the natural interplay of opposites within the wholeness of Life.
Peter holds the highest credentials in the field, including Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF, Master Practitioner with EMCC, and is an internationally credentialed coach supervisor (ESIA). He has mentored, trained, and supervised coaches and change agents across the globe for more than two decades.
As the developer of Deep Transformational Coaching and the Re•Patterning Process, Peter supports individuals in recognizing and releasing life patterns that no longer serve — creating space for a more authentic, awakened way of being. His work is not about fixing, but about listening deeply, allowing what is true to emerge, and gently realigning with one’s natural flow.
With a background in literature, learning, creativity, and higher states of consciousness, Peter is also a former colleague of Tony Buzan and a graduate of Nathalie Rogers’ Person-Centred Expressive Therapy Institute. A pioneer in the early evolution of NLP, he has contributed significantly to the field in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Peter is also an author and thought leader, with works including Living Awareness, Moksha, Living in the Spirit, and When Performance Meets Alignment. He is co-founder of the Nirarta Centre for Living Awareness in Bali — a serene retreat space where East meets West, and where he continues to lead seminars, retreats, and transformative conversations.
His presence is marked by a rare blend of depth, warmth, humility, and playful intelligence. He works with people not as problems to be solved, but as mysteries to be witnessed, listened to, and lovingly supported into fuller aliveness.
Peter’s invitation is subtle but powerful:
Let life unfold through you. Everything you are seeking is already here, waiting to be remembered.
This is what he brings to the Personal Mastery Retreat — a sacred space for coming home to yourself, awakening your essence, and realigning with the deeper truth of who you are.
