About this Retreat
Swami Amandeep is a certified Tantra teacher and faculty member at Tantra Essence, founded by famous Ma Ananda Sarita. He offers a rich background in authentic Tantra, Osho meditations, and emotional healing practices. His teachings support deep self-realisation and transformation.
Founder of Waiheke Mystery School in New Zealand and organiser of the annual Shiva Shakti Festival in Auckland, Amandeep creates spaces for conscious exploration and growth.Before meeting Sarita in 2016, he studied for many years with Drunvalo Melchizedek, focusing on the Sacred Heart and Merkaba light body science. He is also certified in Tantra Hatha Yoga, Akashic Records, past life regression, Siddha Kundalini healing, and Lomi Lomi Nui massage.
A spiritual healer, artist, musician, and father, Amandeep brings grounded presence, depth, and wisdom to every retreat – guiding others with clarity and heart on the path of Tantra and inner awakening.

Valeska is a devoted wellness practitioner and space holder, passionate about guiding others on their journey of healing, embodiment, and self-discovery. Her work weaves together breath, movement, energy, and sound to create grounding, heart-opening experiences.
Trained in Hatha and Tantrik Hatha Yoga, Tantra, Reiki, and other healing arts, Valeska integrates years of study and personal practice. She regularly facilitates retreats in New Zealand, Bali and Europe, offering safe and nurturing spaces for deep transformation through classical Tantra, nature connection, and contemporary healing.
Valeska has been co-leading retreats with Swami Amandeep for over six years, blending their unique gifts to hold deep, sacred spaces for personal and collective awakening.
She also holds sound ceremonies and women’s circles, creating sacred spaces to reconnect with intuition, voice, and inner power. Through devotional singing, kirtan, and medicine songs, she invites participants to open their hearts and experience the healing energy of sound in community.
