About this Retreat
Margo has been a yoga enthusiast since 2015. What started as a simple escape from her 9-to-6 corporate job soon became a transformative practice that would change her life in ways she never imagined.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Margo never expected yoga to take her on such a profound journey. In 2018, she leave corporate career and pursue her passion for yoga. She joined an intensive Yoga Teacher Training Course (TTC) at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India – the oldest organized yoga center in the world. The experience was life-changing, and upon completing the 200-Hour certification, Margo discovered a new perspective on life, both on and off the mat.
Beyond yoga, Margo has a deep love for cooking, gardening, and traveling. She is also an avid reader and an adventurous food explorer. Originally from Indonesia, Margo has lived in Singapore and India, immersing herself in different cultures and experiences.
Today, Margo teaches private and group yoga sessions, leads retreats, and participates in various yoga events. She divides her time between the bustling city of Jakarta and the serene, spiritually enriching environment of Bali, where she finds balance and inspiration.
Margo’s passion and dedication for yoga continues to inspire those around her, encouraging others to embrace yoga not only as a physical practice but as a way of life. She believes yoga offers a path to inner peace, personal growth, and a deeper connection to oneself and the world.
