Abin was drawn into yoga in his early years because of its metaphysics and the higher esoteric dimensions. His spiritual quest also led him to get initiated, first into the mantra marga of the Kaula tradition, and later into Kriya yoga of Sri Shyama Charan Lahiri's lineage. Abin's career path has seen interesting shifts, from teaching math for GRE/GMAT exams and working in analytics to pursuing full-time yoga teaching, having completed Yoga Alliance accredited 200 Hour and 300 Hour courses.

The course includes basics of classical Hath yoga, Ashtanga yoga primary series, Anatomy and physiology of yogic science, mantra chanting, the science of Breathing, shat kriyas, yoga philosophy, foundational text Patanjali yoga sutras, meditation, yoga Nidra and yoga teaching methodology.
You will follow the daily routine of a yogi, waking up at sunrise, with a fresh breakfast followed by lunch, and then dinner. Then you will have tea breaks and supper. This will give you a holistic yogi experience.
