One night plant medicine ceremony

About a week before this retreat, I woke up with a sudden, clear calling to do this. I found this retreat and immediately contacted Tao to make the arrangements. I am at a stage in my life where I deeply needed to uncover and discover, and this experience gave me exactly that. The natural medicines journey was profoundly powerful and deeply insightful. Tao’s presence was incredible; he provided a level of comfort and genuine care that made me feel safe and supported throughout the entire process. Alongside his guidance, the location itself is stunning and offers a beautiful, grounding connection with nature. This was truly a pivotal point in my life.

From the very first message, I felt safe. The preparation process was thorough and attentive — multiple conversations beforehand, clear communication, and precise organisation, so I always knew exactly what to expect. On the day, he came to pick me up from the station himself, which meant one less thing to worry about and set the tone for how genuinely cared for I felt throughout.
The space he holds is truly remarkable. Everything was curated with real thoughtfulness, from the environment itself to the snacks he prepared to the beautiful breakfast the morning after. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. I felt completely comfortable sharing my experience as it unfolded, and I was supported every step of the way.
What has stayed with me most is how Tao's care didn't end when the ceremony did. He has remained open and available for follow-up, and knowing that support is there if anything arises has meant a great deal to me.
This has been the most profound experience of my life. I would recommend it without hesitation to my closest friends and family, not just for the experience itself, but because the person who holds the space matters enormously. With Tao, I never felt anything other than completely safe.

As for Tao, the kindest, the most gentle soul, i’ve met, thank you so much for the insights that you have given / provided me and the care and guidance you gave. My experience with Atuk healing was professional yet homely and spiritual. Tao made me feel welcome and comfortable the entire time. The journey I had working with the medicine gave me insight into my own core beliefs about myself and how they influence my thoughts, feelings, behaviours and actions throughout my life. This has given me a reset on life, facing difficult conversations I had been avoiding and happily leaving the past in the past. The accommodation is warm, clean, tidy, well presented and welcoming, I felt as if I had stepped into a different country. Tao reflects the same energy, his kindness and openness to share his experience and journey helped to ground me and ease my nerves providing a sense of calm to the experience. I had time to reflect and relax after the ceremony and I left feeling recharged. It was my first experience working with the medicine and I would recommend it entirely. I was open minded and accepted what ever was recommended and I’m glad I did. The Kambo and Sananga are both medicines I would recommend having after the ceremony as a deep cleanse of the body and eyes. They were an added bonus to my experience which helped me feel refreshed and ready to face my family life. Thank you for my experience brother.

I recently attended a plant medicine ceremony at Atuk healing centre, and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
From the moment I arrived, Tao provided a space that was incredibly warm and caring. He took care of every need I had, which allowed me to feel completely safe and supported during a very vulnerable process.
I was able to release a significant amount of stuck emotions and trauma that I’ve been carrying for a long time. I left feeling noticeably lighter and more at peace. I’m so grateful for this experience and will definitely continue to work with Tao in the future.
