Join us for a powerful 2-day retreat set in the heart of Saskatchewan’s breathtaking wilderness. Ride through rolling trails and open meadows on a guided horseback adventure, where you may encounter free-ranging bison, elk, and deer along the way.

Our home for the weekend is the beautiful Sturgeon River Ranch, a cozy and welcoming lodge just steps from nature’s wild beauty. Surrounded by peace and open skies, it’s the perfect backdrop for deep connection and healing.

The highlight of this retreat is a sacred mushroom ceremony, guided by a powerful medicine woman. This private group experience is designed to open your heart, expand your spirit, and support profound release and renewal. Integration circles, grounding practices, meditation, yoga and moments of reflection help weave the transformation into your daily life.

Between ceremonies and trail rides, you’ll enjoy nourishing meals, soul-nurturing community, and time to reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space.

Whether you’re called for healing, clarity, or a deeper connection to yourself and the land, this retreat offers an unforgettable blend of adventure and inner transformation. Every moment is designed to leave you feeling renewed, aligned, and inspired.

Schedule

Day 1 – Saturday

10:00 AM: Arrival & Welcome Ceremony
Arrive at the Ranch House and settle in. Begin with a grounding welcome ceremony and spiritual cleanse to set your intentions for the retreat and connect with your new soul sisters.

11:00 AM: Horse Selection & Prep
Meet your horse and prepare for the day’s horseback riding adventures.

11:15 AM: Guided Riding Lesson
Our instructors will guide you through a short riding lesson to ensure confidence and comfort for the trail.

12:00 PM: Trail Ride Through the Wilderness
Begin exploring the stunning trails, taking in the sights of free-ranging bison, elk, deer, and other wildlife.

1:30 PM: Lunch
Enjoy a nourishing lunch to recharge after the morning adventure.

2:00 PM: Afternoon Trail Ride
Continue riding through the breathtaking wilderness, fully immersing in nature’s beauty.

4:00 PM: Grounding & Light Snack
Return to the Ranch House to settle in, have a snack, and ground yourself after your ride.

5:00 PM: Breathwork & Meditation
Relax and realign with a gentle breathwork and meditation session to calm your nervous system and prepare for the evening.

6:30 PM: Mushroom Ceremony
Participate in a guided mushroom ceremony led by a seasoned medicine woman. Experience spiritual expansion, healing, and introspection in a safe and supportive environment.

11:30 PM: Close Ceremony & Light Dinner
Gently conclude the ceremony and prepare for rest.

Day 2 – Sunday

8:30 AM: Yoga & Meditation
Wake up with a restorative yoga session and grounding meditation, reconnecting with your body and nature.

10:00 AM: Breakfast
Enjoy a nourishing breakfast to energize your morning.

11:00 AM: Morning Trail Ride
Saddle up for one last horseback adventure through the stunning trails and wildlife of the ranch.

1:00 PM: Lunch & Integration
Relax over a wholesome lunch and reflect on your experiences from the ceremony and rides, followed by a guided integration circle to process your insights and experiences.

2:00 PM: Closing Ceremony
Celebrate your journey with a closing ceremony, honoring your growth, connection, and transformation over the two days.

2:30 PM: Departure
Say farewell to your new friends and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded, and deeply connected to nature and yourself.

Directions

From Saskatoon Airport (YXE):

The ranch is located about a 2-hour drive from the Saskatoon Airport. You can arrange a driver for $150 CAD /$100 USD each way or, if you're open to sharing, you may be able to pair up with other attendees coming from the same airport and contribute to the gas costs. This is a great way to share the ride and the experience.

From Prince Albert Airport:

The drive from Prince Albert Airport to the ranch is around 30 minutes, making it a much shorter journey. The same options apply—arrange for a $100 CAD /$70 USD each way driver or, if you're interested, coordinate with fellow retreat attendees to carpool and share the fuel expenses.

For our retreat, we’ll be staying in the cozy ranch house, which features four inviting bedrooms and warm, rustic charm. With breathtaking views right outside the door, the ranch provides a serene backdrop for our days of riding, healing, and ceremony. During your time here, you’ll connect deeply with the land and the horses, experience guided meditations, horseback adventures through scenic trails, and grounding practices that restore balance to mind, body, and soul.
