We believe in the medicine of water. What is Aguahara?Agua-Hara makes you travel through Water to your Hara, which is your Solar Plexus Chakra.
Here is where all your emotions flow.  This therapy is for you to reconnect with the source, your inner water, to travel back to the past and find your inner child.  To find that place where you felt loved, protected, warm and in peace. Water takes you back to an element 90% similar to the amniotic liquid, offering a state of calm and peace such as when you were in your mother's womb.As soon as your face touches Water, it activates what we called the Marine mammal reflex.This produces bradycardia: your heart starts to beat slower, calming and relaxing yourself, allowing you to hold your breath and stay for a long time underwater.We call this APNEA.Light entering the Water (Refraction) produces a "Prisma Effect" which makes you see a lot of colors. This activates the Pineal gland taking you really deep in trance.

A BIT MORE ABOUT YOUR HOME FOR THE WEEK: Hotel Viyarte is in the quiet beach of Marcella, the retreat space offers a serene escape for self-discovery and relaxation. The main gathering area is fully equipped for yoga and meditation providing us with yoga mats, blocks & pillows.  Beyond our main gathering area, you can explore many levels of tranquility: one featuring a open living room where you can cool down and rejuvenate, one with a beautiful pool leading to a rooftop with hammocks and natural sea breeze and another higher level offering breathtaking views of the morning sunrise and evening sunset. Immerse yourself in the natural oasis of our retreat, where every moment is a perfect setting for a rejuvenating week of serenity, introspection, and peace. All rooms are provided with AC, soap and towels.

ABOUT THE ROOMS & PRICES: Each suite is equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom and a sweet view of the jungle. There are two types of rooms:  DOUBLE OCCUPANCY for 2 people (a shared room with 2 single beds.) These rooms go for $2222 USD/pers.DOUBLE OCCUPANCY for 2 people (a shared room with 2 double beds.) These rooms go for $2444 USD/pers. SINGLE OCCUPANCY for 1 person (a private room with 1 double bed.) These rooms go for $2666 USD/pers.

DETAILS PLEASE... I IM!: AIRPORT INFORMATION:
Where am I landing? MANAGUA-Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport (MGA) which is situated about 2h30 minutes away from the Hotel. Who is picking me up? Entrusted drivers in partnership with the hotels we work with. We make all the arrangements for you from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. Transportation fee is not included but with the itineraries of our participants we create a carpooling system to reduce travel costs. Our goal is to support you during your travels as much as we can.
