Arrival day (optional) Arrival, get-together
After your arrival, you have time to acclimatize in the peaceful and powerful mountain world. The breathtaking view of the Alps offers you a first opportunity to leave everyday life behind you. Over dinner together, you will get to know the other participants and find out more about the schedule for the coming days.
Day 1 Physical fitness
Surrounded by the sublime beauty of the Alps, we focus on your body. With a combination of powerful morning routines, outdoor activities and exciting lectures, you will learn how to sustainably boost your physical energy and health. We will also give you important tips for an energy-boosting diet that will accompany you throughout the retreat from day one.
Day 2 Mental fitness
This day is dedicated to your spiritual growth. In the midst of nature, we will reflect on professional and personal goals. With the help of keynote speeches as well as individual and group exercises, you will gain new perspectives on your career and your dreams. You will learn to develop clear strategies to build on your mental strengths and find out how you can work on your visions in the long term. Hobbies and interests that you may have neglected for a long time will also be an important part of your journey of discovery.
Day 3 Emotional fitness
It gets down to the nitty gritty, to your emotions. Two fully trained positive psychology coaches will take you deep into your inner self. The aim is to develop lasting calm, serenity, contentment and confidence and to deal with stress and negative emotions in a healthy way. In addition to really exciting models and exercises, we will show you additional relaxation techniques including "quick interventions" for everyday use.
Day 4 Social fitness
Your interaction with other people and building fulfilling relationships are the focus today. We will explore how you can be authentic in relationships, be it in partnerships, friendships or in your social environment. Topics such as trust, emotional boundaries, honesty and the dynamics between men and women will be explored in depth. You will learn what strengthens you in social interactions and how you can consciously shape your environment to promote healthy and fulfilling relationships.
Day 5 Material fitness
No one can avoid the topic of money. We take a closer look at your patterns, behavior, opportunities and resources so that you can ultimately achieve what really matters: quality of life. The impulses and ideas you receive here can be practically and easily integrated into your life and put your focus back where it should be. As one of the most sought-after experts in this field, Stefan Sillmann will lead the day. Stefan worked for years as a successful investment banker for major banks and has a lot to say on the subject.
Day 6 Spiritual fitness and identity
This day invites you to reflect on the fundamental questions of your life. What gives your life meaning and fulfillment? What are your deepest values and how can you live them in your everyday life? You will take a close look at your identity and deal with essential questions such as: Who am I really? What drives me? What is my purpose? This day offers you the opportunity to establish a deep connection to your inner self and to recognize your life vision more clearly.
Day 7 Integration and departure
At the end, everything comes together in recapitulation so that you have another chance to integrate the insights and experiences of the past week. We end the week together with a closing ceremony.
