About this Retreat
Farah Tanis is a wellness advocate dedicated to empowering women through healing and self-care. As the co-founder of BWB and Restore Forward, she brings decades of experience in creating safe spaces for personal growth and transformation. Farah’s retreats focus on nurturing resilience, fostering community, and guiding women toward holistic well-being.
Dailisha Rodriguez, Executive Director of Hey There Beautiful Foundation, is an award-winning coach and TEDx speaker specializing in transformative workshops. She empowers women to heal, reclaim their dreams, and lead fulfilling lives through storytelling, social-emotional learning, and self-development practices.

The Retreat will take place in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Nearest airport is Puerto Vallarta International Airport, which is about 15 minutes drive from the city of Puerto Vallarta and 20 mins drive from Villa De Palmar Flamingos Beach Hotel.
Accommodation
Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodations. Our top recommendation is Villa del Palmar Flamingos Resort, where we have reserved multiple rooms for our participants. By staying in these reserved rooms, you can take advantage of discounted rates. Two options are available: Shared Room – Share a room with another participant for $400 total (3 nights) Private Room – Enjoy a private room for $800 total (3 nights) Staying at this resort offers deeper integration into the participant community and ensures you experience everything the retreat has to offer.
