About this Retreat
Hi there, I'm Carole! It’s a pleasure to meet you!
Certified in Tantra, Yoga and Breathwork, as well as having studied other wellness and spiritual healing modalities, I find my joy in facilitating active and still meditations, group connection practices, Tantra activities, conscious mouvements, breathwork, sharing circles and creative expression practices!
I’m quite an adventurer and a lover of life! Born and raised amidst the mountains of Grenoble, France, I have always felt a deep connection to Nature and today I have so much joy sharing it with you through multiple soulful adventures.
The encounter with spirituality 8 years ago and especially Yoga and Tantra truly revolutionised my path. It brought my self-connection, inner love, and relationship with Life to a level that fills me with gratitude. I’ve now become a Tantra, Yoga and breathwork facilitator as well as a holistic psychotherapist, having the privilege of sharing my experiences and insights with people from all walks of life, guiding them on their own paths of awakening and healing.
For me, Tantra, Yoga and breathwork are not just a practice, they are a way of life that has enriched every aspect of my being. It has provided me with invaluable tools to deepen my understanding of myself and others, fostering a sense of connection and belonging that brings me true contentment. And I’m delighted to create safe and welcoming containers to share those deep and meaningful practices with you!
My wish is to create a warm and welcoming space where individuals can explore, grow, and embrace the fullness of who they are.
So come, join me on this adventure of self-discovery and transformation while having an amazing time. Together, let us unlock the magic that lies within.
With Love
Carole.
