Introduction to the program and its schedule
Discuss personal goals and what participants want to gain from the retreat.
If time permits: Brief exploration of Phuket, Thailand.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon Workshop: Intention Setting
Sacred space creation with candles, crystals, and a cleansing ritual (smudging or sound bath).
Group meditation to ground and set intentions for the retreat.
Gift bags presented.
Evening:
“Who Am I?”
Sunset grounding walk on the beach, collecting stones
Reflective journaling and guided visualization on current identity and life story (Who am I now? What limiting beliefs do I hold?)
Day 2: Cleansing and Detoxifying
Theme: Releasing the Old Self
Morning:
Ocean Cleansing Ritual
Guided Meditation on Release: Grounding meditation by the ocean, releasing fears, doubts, and limiting patterns.
Ocean Cleansing Ceremony: Participants write down what they wish to release on stones and toss them into the waves.
Shell Collecting Activity: Walk along the shore to collect a symbolic shell.
Afternoon:
Crafting the Transformation Necklace
Workshop: Create a necklace using the collected shell. Participants reflect on what part of their old self they’re leaving behind and what qualities they’re welcoming.
Blessing the Necklace: Affirmations to bless the necklaces.
Evening:
EFT tapping for releasing old energy.
Forgiveness List: Participants write a list of people they need to forgive.
Burning Ritual: Write down what they want to let go of, then burn the paper as a release.
Day 3: Self-Discovery and Clarity
Theme: Tapping into Inner Passion and Healing the Worthiness Wound

Healing the "I am not worthy" wound.
Afternoon Workshop: "Uncover Your True Desires"
Vision Board Creation: Participants craft a digital vision board to clarify their goals and desires.
Discovering Passion: Reflect on what they are good at, what they love doing, and what people seek advice for.

Day 4: Rebirth and Renewal

Focus on emotional release and reconnecting with one’s essence.
Afternoon Workshop:

Participants write down who they need to become in order to achieve their dreams.
Group sharing on creating empowering self-narratives.

Workshop: Creating the Future Self Blueprint.
Participants create a written or visual map for their ideal life.
Focus on daily habits, speech, interactions, core values, and priorities.
Future Self Letter Writing: Participants write a letter to their future selves, to be mailed later.
Guided Visualization: Meeting your future self in a serene space for guidance.
Day 5: Goal Setting and Action Steps
Theme: Turning Dreams into Reality
Morning:
Guided Meditation: Visualizing an ideal transformed future.
Workshop: “The Art of Goal Setting”
Teach SMART goals and how to align them with personal values.
Reflective journaling on life priorities and small steps to take today.
Afternoon:
Embodying the New Me Ritual
Guided meditation and movement to activate the energy of the "new self."
Embodiment exercises: participants walk, move, and speak as their empowered, transformed selves, stepping into their new identity with confidence.
Visualization of living the life they’ve designed and how it feels to fully embody their new mindset.
Evening:
Bay Leaf Goal Commitment Ceremony:
Write down a main goal on a bay leaf, light it to symbolize commitment.
Participants read their goal aloud or silently affirm it.
Manifestation Meditation: Focus on the feelings of joy and confidence from achieving the goal.
Day 6: Listening to Your Intuition and Rewriting Your Story
Theme: Divine Feminine Energy
Morning:
Workshop: "The Power of Listening to Your Intuition"
Guided meditation to quiet the mind and tune into intuition.
Journaling prompts to explore trusting their inner voice.
Afternoon:
Face Mask DIY Workshop
DIY face mask using natural ingredients (e.g., honey, aloe vera, turmeric).
Creating an evening ritual for self-care and nourishing your body.
Focus on deep relaxation and nurturing your divine feminine energy.
Evening:
Rewriting Your New Story
Reflect on past limiting beliefs and write a new empowering story in the present tense, like it already happened.
Participants will create daily affirmations or mantras based on their new identity.
Day 7: Integration and Celebration

Gratitude Reflection: Journal on three things participants are grateful for from the past week.
Key Breakthroughs Journaling: Reflect on the biggest "aha" moments.

Help participants design an action plan for continuing their journey post-program.

Closing Ceremony: Celebration of the transformations with a group share of insights or reflections.
