This 8-day retreat offers a unique experience for those looking to restore their balance, recharge their energy, and find peace, while immersing themselves in the calm and beauty of a natural paradise in Costa Rica. Set in a stunning natural environment, surrounded by mountains, forests, and rich tropical flora and fauna, the retreat provides the perfect space for renewal and revitalization.
Participants will enjoy a variety of practices guided by experienced and dedicated instructors, including Hatha Yoga or Ashtanga Yoga, Qi Gong, Forest Bathing, Mud Forest Baths, and Ancestral Clay Pottery workshops. In addition, they will experience Sunset Sound Healing, Sunset Guided Meditation, and enjoy the tranquility of Meditative & Instrumental Music Firepits at the end of the day. The retreat includes 8 days of accommodation, distributed across several rustic houses, providing comfort and rest in the heart of nature. Three nutritious meals are also provided daily to support your well-being and energy throughout the experience.

7:00 AM - We begin the day with a harmonious Hatha (or Ashtanga) Yoga session, connecting body and soul with the sunrise.
8:30 AM - A delicious and nourishing breakfast.
During the morning, we enjoy various activities such as Ancestral Clay Pottery, Forest Bathing, and Mud Forest Baths.
1:00 PM - Gathered for lunch, we share flavors and moments of good energy.
In the afternoon, we enjoy activities such as Qi Gong, Sunset Sound Healing, and Sunset Guided Meditation, creating moments of relaxation and deep connection.
6:30 PM - We enjoy a nourishing dinner, celebrating the end of a day full of connection.
8:00 PM - We gather around Meditative & Instrumental Music Firepits.
9:00 PM - We close the day in harmony, ready to rest and open ourselves to the energy of the next day.
*Both in the morning and afternoon, guests will also have free time to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the surroundings, enjoying activities of their choice in full connection with nature, such as walks, bathing in the vast natural pool, exploring the surroundings, including the flora and fauna, and more.

Disotka Retreats is located just one hour from Juan Santamaría International Airport, Costa Rica's main airport. From there, take the Pan-American Highway, one of the main routes connecting the Americas from north to south, until reaching a turnoff that leads to our Center, just 5 minutes away.
Accommodation
Our participants will stay in a true natural paradise, surrounded by lush nature with rich flora and fauna. The center features five rustic houses, each equipped with comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and terrace. In addition, we offer two additional apartments. The facilities are designed to provide comfort and tranquility, with spacious common areas between the houses, such as a 1,000-meter natural pool, offering the perfect space to relax. At the top of the mountain, participants can enjoy breathtaking sunsets and views stretching all the way to the sea, completing a unique experience of connection with nature.
