About this Retreat
Meredith graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology. She then went on to achieve her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University in Tempe Arizona. She has additional training in orthomolecular psychiatry, psychedelic medicines, reiki, and somatic breathwork. Meredith held the position of Program Director at the Within Center, a holistic mental health and Psychedelic retreat center, in Austin Texas for 2 years. Additionally, she has run her own private practice utilizing a functional and holistic approach for treating clients with mental health and gut health concerns.
Meredith is passionate about creating environments where individuals can deeply connect to themselves and others and explore modalities that catalyze deep healing. Meredith is devoted to cultivating positive change on the planet through individuals healing by naturopathic and psychedelic medicines
Alisia graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2011. She is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 12 years of experience, with a specialized focus in Neurology. Alisia is a fine artist, muralist, cancer survivor, and environmentalist. With a deep appreciation for art, science, creativity, veganism, holistic wellness, and sustainability, she combines her nursing expertise to guide individuals on transformative journeys of self-discovery and healing.
Alisia is passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for those exploring their inner landscapes. She feels strongly about empowering individuals to lead conscious, sustainable, and fulfilled lives, where they can leave a positive impact on the world. She is honored to share the tools that have been so profoundly helpful for her along the path to holistic wellness.

Dr. Meredith Aistrup, ND
Meredith Aistrup earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of Kansas and later obtained her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Sonoran University in Tempe, Arizona. With additional expertise in orthomolecular psychiatry, psychedelic medicines, Reiki, and Somatic Breathwork, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to holistic health.
Meredith's professional experience includes her role as Program Director at the Within Center in Austin, Texas, a holistic mental health and psychedelic retreat center. In addition to her leadership experience, Meredith runs a private practice, offering specialty lab testing, acupuncture, herbalism, and lifestyle counseling to support individuals facing a wide range of mental and physical health challenges.
Committed to fostering deep healing, Meredith creates environments where individuals can explore transformational modalities and connect with themselves and others. She is devoted to advancing naturopathic and psychedelic medicine as a means to promote personal well-being and positive global change.
Alisia Malta, RN
Alisia is a dedicated Registered Nurse with almost 15 years of experience and a deep passion for holistic wellness. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she brings a rich understanding of both the scientific and spiritual aspects of healing. Alisia’s career includes over a decade of experience in Neurology, with 7 years as the primary Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) programmer at Mayo Clinic Arizona. Her work in neuroscience has shaped her fascination with the brain’s potential for healing and transformation. As a professional artist and muralist for the last decade, Alisia incorporates creative expression into her healing practices as well.
Alisia’s personal journey as a cancer survivor, combined with her transformational experiences with psychedelics, has greatly shaped her approach to wellness. The culmination of these events has led to meaningful changes in her life: becoming an environmentalist, embracing veganism & sustainability, prioritizing her connections, and living alcohol-free for nearly two years. She combines this transformation with her nursing expertise to offer a safe and nurturing space for others exploring their inner landscapes and increase the depth of self-understanding through psychedelic medicine.
As a certified Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator, Alisia is committed to empowering others on their healing journeys. Her approach integrates profound self-reflection, values alignment, somatic practices, creative expression, and intentional habit formation, guiding individuals toward lasting transformation. Alisia’s mission is to help people cultivate self-awareness, meaningful connection, and a fulfilled, sustainable life—leaving a positive impact on themselves and the world around them.
