A transformative journey like no other this Día de los Muertos in Oaxaca, Mexico. Participants will experience the wonders and mysteries of day of the dead, visit sacred ruins and see the cemeteries come alive with music, marigolds and tradition.
We will then journey to the Ocean for a few days of cleansing and deep relaxation, preparation, meditation and sacred plant work and teaching with Sarah. During this time, we will take a trip deep into the jungle and experience the biodiversity and forest medicines culminating in an adventure at the hidden waterfalls where you can climb into the caves and swim from ropes into the clear and clean turquoise waters.
Finally we will enter the space of a sacred mushroom retreat led by esteemed Indigenous teachers. Delve into ancient traditions through guided ceremonies, connect with your spirit animal in profound meditations, and purify your body and spirit in traditional sweat lodges. Immerse yourself in the rich Oaxacan culture with curated culinary experiences showcasing local flavors and ingredients. This unique retreat offers a powerful opportunity for self-discovery and spiritual growth.
