About this Retreat
Nancy’s Ayurveda journey began more than 9 years ago with studies under Indian Ayurvedic doctors. With over 10 years of yoga practice, she was drawn to Ayurveda’s holistic principles and its profound impact on overall well-being.
As an experienced Ayurveda Lifestyle Practitioner, Educator, Therapist, and Yoga Teacher, Nancy has a deep understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. Over the last 3-4 years, she has integrated more women’s health into her work, addressing the unique needs of women at all life stages.
Nancy’s mission is to cultivate body-mind awareness and elevate self-awareness using Ayurvedic wisdom and universal guidance. She is the founder of AyuForLife on Koh Phangan, the island’s only Ayurveda Health Center.
