The inner child retreat is a deep process where we can see and be free from our childhood patterns. No matter what your childhood was like, this process provides a powerful transformation. The wounded inner child unconsciously affects our present life in so many ways, especially in our decision-making, relationships, internal self-talk, and our ability to live life fully.
Every day we will use techniques that are designed for us to return to our true innocence. Through understanding the Reichian body types, we can see the systems we have created to adapt to events in our childhood. As we move deeper into the retreat, we will use Zen Koans where we can explore the dialogue of the inner child, and we will encounter our deepest vibrational holdings via the primal scream. Together we will move beyond everything that comes up in this retreat so we can rest in the innocence of the unborn.
We kindly ask you to arrive and check in anytime before 4 pm on March 4th, 2026, as the retreat will start in the evening with introductions and a big Kirtan musical celebration.
On Day 1, March 5th, we start our morning with a Pulsation Breathwork at 7:00 AM. In this exercise, we will encounter our primary vibrations and understand how these affect our daily lives. Throughout the retreat, we will see how these pulsations affect our lives physically, mentally, and emotionally.
On a typical day in the retreat, we have 5 activities. We start the day with morning exercise to open up our body and mind, followed by breakfast. Further deepening into the world of the inner child, we use conscious playtime to open old patterns, stories, and vibrations. We keep ample free time available between rituals so we can allow things to settle, and connect.
In the afternoon, we learn about our body types, and through conscious acting, we see how they affect each of our lives. Sharing circles in the evening allows us to release all that has been discovered throughout the day.
Every night we celebrate with different events like singing, open mic, kirtan, and more.
Full participation in all scheduled activities is recommended. We believe that your full sincerity enhances the collective experience. This process goes very deep, and we will be supporting each other through these five days.
Our retreat is a place where seekers of all backgrounds and experience levels are welcomed with open hearts. It's a warm and inclusive space where like-minded beings gather to learn and grow together.
At the end of this retreat, you will see a clear detachment from your unconscious patterns and childhood wounds. Although this is a deep process, there is celebration, joy, and so much laughter that happens at any Utsav Sangha retreat. We are sincere but not too serious - this transformation is a joyous process when you see that you are not your wounds.
The Sangha is here to support you in any way throughout the retreat, offering one-on-one talks to address any questions or concerns that may arise.
Our last activity will be a celebration together with Kirtan and Love tunnel, celebrating the freedom and connection we have formed with each other. On the 10th March, we will have breakfast together, followed by check-out & departure at 11:00 am.
