About this Retreat
Alexandra will accompany and lead you through the retreat together with Richard. For her, this retreat resembles a gathering where knowledge and wisdom meet. By offering her knowledge, participants can reach into their understanding and find their inherent wisdom. Alexandra founded a studio in Ireland for movement and healing, learned various Ayurveda modules (consultation, massage, ancestral healing, and other applications), and has passed on her knowledge in workshops, yoga classes, lectures, and online coaching for more than 20 years.
Richard was guided on the spiritual path from a young age. He was always interested in looking behind the veils of what can be perceived with the five senses. Along his way he met spiritual teachers from different traditions and Avatars (divine incarnations). His love for music is still present and growing to this day. Chanting opens the heart to a dimension beyond the personal I/me/mine bubble and can give you an insight and connect you with the absolute, the divine itself. He is looking forward to guide you through parts of the process of coming home to yourself more and more.

The offer
1. Chanting
Chanting, a beautiful practice of singing rhythmic mantras to Hindu gods and goddesses, is a celebration of joy. You will also use other songs that inspire joy within you, creating a harmonious and uplifting experience.
Chanting is a practice that opens your heart, enabling you to connect with yourself lovingly. It's a journey of introspection and self-awareness, free from the distractions of a restless mind.
2. Simple movement
Alexandra brings a wealth of experience from her extensive training in diverse physical practices such as yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and more. Drawing from her rich repertoire, she carefully curates simple yet powerful movements tailored for beginners, creating a gentle pathway to reconnect you with your body. Each movement is thoughtfully designed to awaken your senses, encourage mindfulness, and guide you back home to your physical self.
3. Energy work
Richard has dedicated numerous years to develop his skills in the art of energy work, and his expertise has empowered countless individuals on their healing and self-discovery journeys.
These skills will also flow into the energy work part of this retreat.
4. Sharing / reflection
Conversations and reflecting within the group can be a great way to spot where you may feel stuck. This valuable exchange brings hidden thoughts to light and helps you compartmentalize what's happening in the other three practices, fostering a sense of support and understanding.
Additionally, it provides a wonderful opportunity to connect and learn from each other's experiences!
