Ritesh Bhatt was born and raised in Rishikesh. He is a dedicated experienced teacher with experience for more than 6 years. Ritesh majorly talks about the perception of yoga in companies, schools where he visits to share his experience and the complete journey.
His journey of yoga was started in Rishikesh only. Ritesh aims to cultivate mindfulness and self-awareness in his students. His teaching methodologies are easier to learn and understand, and it is filled with so much fun.

Shikha Sharma is from Delhi and she is a Hatha Yoga Teacher, who began her journey in yoga at the young age of 5. She learned Yoga under the guidance of her father. She has also earned a master’s degree in yogic science.
She aims to cultivate mindfulness in her students to help them in their overall well-being. Despite pursuing further studies in commerce, Shikha’s passion for Yoga remained unchanged
After the second wave of COVID-19 that she finally decided to delve deeper into the depths of yoga and help as many people as she can through her theoretical and practical knowledge. Shikha’s teaching is based on an individual's needs and also it is for beginners and advanced practitioners.
