Karissa Pfeffer is the founder of PeriPower, a wellness and education platform dedicated to empowering women through the often-overlooked transition of perimenopause. A former finance executive turned health advocate, Karissa has made it her mission to help women understand and navigate the changes in their bodies with confidence and clarity.
Through PeriPower, she provides science-backed insights, practical wellness strategies, and community support for women seeking balance during life’s transitions.
