Your 7 night, 6 day Spiritual mindfulness meditation retreat can reduce stress, symptoms of depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance and pain, and contributes to an overall sense of well-being.

Positive Brain Changes
Spiritual mindfulness practice changes the neuronal pathways of the brain. Holy Spirit power focused on brain waves will increase activity to connectivity and volume in regions of the brain that are involved in memory, higher-ordered thinking and emotional regulation. What is true is that the brain has an extraordinary capacity for change known as plasticity that can be achieved through Spiritual Mindfulness practices.

Here is how the Holy Spirit helps in mindfulness:
Deepens Presence & Awareness: The Holy Spirit brings a "true presence" that allows believers to understand, love, and accept, creating a mindful state of being connected to God's love and full body healing power.
Facilitates "Holy Noticing": The Holy Spirit assists in witnessing or watching thoughts without judgment, allowing the believer to release anxieties and attached themselves more to God.
Enables Stillness & Focus: In moments of meditation, the Holy Spirit provides the power to focus on God rather than emptying the mind, often bringing awareness of inner turmoil so it can be replaced with divine peace.
Provides Wisdom & Discernment: The Holy Spirit helps believers recognize thoughts, emotions, and distractions, guiding them to see situations from a Godly, truthful perspective rather than a fearful one.
Serves as the "Wise Advocate": The Holy Spirit works as an internal guide that recognizes "deceptive brain messages" and encourages rational, loving decisions. Noble Silence: we encourage silence throughout the morning or the entire day to deepen inward focus.

Alternating Practice: Sessions often alternate between 45-minute sitting and 30-minute walking meditations.

A water fast mixed with spiritual enlightenment changed my life for the better in so many ways. Kendra the host/spiritual advisor is an excellent person to spend your 21 days with. Her physical, mental and spiritual support was non stop and unwavering. Spending this time on a beautiful yaught with large windows everywhere to view this wonderful marina on Portage Lake. I had visits with a stellar shamon, a very competent chiropractor, the best yoga instructor and a world class spa. You will enjoy ridding bikes, arts and crafts, massage, laying on the beach and swimming in a beautiful lake. I had
several health issues that are now completely resolved. Do this for yourself, I sure am glad I did.
