Key Elements
Noble Silence: we encourage silence throughout the morning or the entire day to deepen inward focus.
Alternating Practice: Sessions often alternate between 45-minute sitting and 30-minute walking meditations.
Mindful Work: Sometimes includes short, mindful community chores (e.g., cleaning up after meals)
