Sample Day – Roots & Wings Galapagos Islands

7:00 AM – Sunrise Yoga & Breathwork
Awaken body and mind with an energizing Vinyasa flow and pranayama practice facing the ocean.

8:30 AM – Nourishing Breakfast
Enjoy a plant-based meal with tropical fruits, local flavors, and energizing drinks.

10:00 AM – Conscious Exploration
Guided hike through volcanic landscapes or mindful snorkeling with sea turtles, sea lions, and colorful fish. Short meditation or journaling pauses woven into the experience.

1:00 PM – Wholesome Lunch
Organic, locally sourced vegetarian/vegan dishes to replenish your energy.

2:00 PM – Rest & Integration Time
Space to relax, nap, or reflect—ideal for journaling or simply enjoying the serenity of the islands.

4:00 PM – Workshop or Ceremony
Rotating activities such as cacao ceremony, sound healing with Tibetan bowls, or guided sharing circles.

6:00 PM – Sunset Yin Yoga or Meditation

7:30 PM – Dinner & Community

Reaching the Galapagos Islands is a seamless journey with the right guidance. Begin your adventure by flying into San Cristobal Airport (SCY) from mainland Ecuador. International travelers typically connect through Quito (UIO) or Guayaquil (GYE).

Have in mind you will need to book: Quito or Guayaquil to San Cristobal and Baltra to Guayaquil or Quito:

From Quito or Guayaquil, daily flights are available to/from both Baltra and San Cristobal
Upon arrival, the Latam Retreats team will meet you to assist with transfers
All transportation between retreat venues and activities is included
No driving is required; Latam Retreats handles logistics so you can relax
Ensure to have your Transit Control Card (TCT) of 20 USD per person and Galapagos National Park entrance fee 200 USD ready.
