Compassion Collective Retreats are designed to give you a break from the demands of your endless to-do lists and over-committed schedules. With that in mind, we will have leisurely arrival and departure and a fluid daily schedule. Below is a general guide to our full-day schedules. On the day of arrival and departure, we will have meditation, meals, and shorter group sessions.
Morning Tea and Meditation - We will have a morning tea ritual and guided meditation
Breakfast and Intention Setting- Bring your journals
Group Session- Plan and location will vary - I'll let you know what to bring
Lunch and Processing- Time to relax, eat, and debrief (if needed) from group work

Dinner- Time to cut loose and connect over delicious food and drink
Poolside Evening Chat - Casual connection around the outdoor fire pit + release rituals
Nighttime Tea- Deep relaxation practice and tea ritual to close our day
There will be free time in between most scheduled events for journaling, naps, walks, reading, and rest. Individual check-ins are available anytime as needed.
