Testimonials:
Initially, I signed up for the TT course thinking to become a Yoga teacher or just gain some knowledge. It turned into a life-changing experience. I learned about how to live life with the correct attitude, and the purpose of life. The entire course was filled with love, warmth, support, important information from doing Asanas, the science of the mind, and more. I can't help but feel the world is desperately in need of such knowledge. The teachings here need to be integrated into the schools and society. I am most thankful and blessed to have found this school!—Angelita Li Maitreyi
Joining the Yoga Teacher Training course is a life-changing experience. It's the self-exploration journey, for you to get to know your inner self. It's such an amazing experience for you to accept yourselves, be compassionate to yourselves, to love yourselves. Everything happened with a reason. I am so grateful the universe guide me to this course, and transform me into a better person.—Past Participant
Satya is always the consummate presenter. She is knowledgeable, steeped in the Integral Yoga Hatha tradition, and lives her practice. She is patient, kind, accessible, and funny, yet serious about the importance of the practice of Yoga to develop and maintain a healthy body, sound mind, and peaceful spirit. I have taken many trainings with Satya, and she never fails to maintain high standards for the practice delivered in a compassionate spirit. — Ann "Daya" Simas Schoenacher
