Details of this retreat

Ancestral Mushroom Ceremonies Rooted in Indigenous Lineage & Deep Care guided by Alexis Gonzalez, a trained Curandera (Shaman) and licensed therapist . This ceremony is for those who are done with surface-level healing and are ready to go deep—into the emotional, physical, and spiritual root of what’s been holding them back.

In a time where plant medicine is being commercialized, I choose to keep this work accessible because it’s sacred, rooted in lineage, and meant to awaken & heal people — not to be turned into a luxury escape.

Whether you're navigating burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, or simply feeling disconnected, this experience offers a path back to wholeness. Clients consistently report that the results they've experienced go far beyond what they've found through years of talk therapy, reiki, EMDR, breath work, prescription medication, silent retreats, yoga, meditation, coaching, and psychedelic therapy sessions in clinical settings.

While this work uses psilocybin rather than ayahuasca, the ceremonial structure is comparable in depth and intention. These are extended, immersive ceremonies that often catalyze profound emotional release, insight, and healing—experiences that many participants describe as equivalent to 5 years of therapeutic work. Because of the power of these plants, ceremonies are held with careful preparation, skilled guidance, and intentional integration, honoring both the medicine and indigenous lineages that have worked with this plant medicines for generations.

Where other modalities offer temporary release or feel good moments that fade with time, these ceremonies create lasting transformation that you embody and carry with you. Not only do you intellectually understand what has happened to you but you can finally.....

-Release suppressed grief, trauma, or emotional pain stored in the body

-Reset your nervous system and experience deep somatic calm

-Gain clarity on your next steps in life, love, or purpose

-Reclaim your voice, your power, and your presence

-Feel seen, safe, and spiritually connected in a sacred, non-judgmental space

-Break old patterns and shift out of survival mode

-Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded than you’ve felt in years

You’ll be held through every step with curated music, sacred songs, home-cooked food, and personalized energetic support.

Amazing Experience!
Alexis was so pleasant and the space made me feel comfortable and invited. The whole process was beautifully laid out with a sacred alter and flowers to remember that we are from the earth. I felt so safe in the space and knowing that I was being protected. Alexis guided us with beautiful music and song. I would recommend to anyone seeking healing from plant medicine to go deeper to release so that as we release we also can help others heal.
