Morning:
A pleasant walk to Tomášovský Viewpoint or Green Bridge – body relaxation, connection with nature, optional meditation or deep breathing in silence.
Breakfast – fresh juice, water, or healthy food to support detox and regeneration.
Recommended hydration: at least 2.5 liters of water per day.
Afternoon:
Silent energetic therapy (individual) – releasing blocks, boosting self-worth, harmonizing energy. The healing happens naturally, through emotions, sensations, and presence. Burping may occur as part of the energy release.
After the therapy – rest is recommended: sleep, relax by the fire, or simply be. Fatigue, nausea, or emotional waves may arise – these are natural parts of the healing process. Energetic Facial Rejuvenation Therapy – a natural facelift through inner energy harmonization.
In individual sessions, we release inner blocks that manifest as facial tension, wrinkles, or a tired expression. The result is natural radiance, relaxation, and visible rejuvenation.
Late Afternoon / Evening:
Herbal tea (seasonal) – to support relaxation and energetic balance.
Evening by the fire (optional) – soft ritual of release, personal silence, or quiet presence. It can be guided or experienced individually, depending on your needs.
No alcohol during the retreat – its presence disrupts the effectiveness of the healing.
