The Grace Method was designed to support individuals in going beyond what they “know” and allow them to drop into a profound healing experience.
Some call this somatic practice which is partly accurate. The Grace Method incorporates a combination of traditional yoga, breath work, freedom movement, mantra and more.
Research has shown that when practicing multiple modalities in this way we can stabilize the nervous system, remove stuck energy and breakthrough trauma.

The “What and Why”

Regulates the nervous system - takes you out of fight, flight, or freeze
Improves physical and mental strength- creates resilience
Deduces inflammation- overall improves health
Release stuck trauma- trauma creates dis-ease

Each practice is specifically designed for you. During our discovery call we will identify your individual needs and practice with that as our focal point. During our time together you will begin to trust your body and get a sense of your intuition. This will allow you to operate from a solid foundation and experience what living life grounded is all about.

Trust in the practice and you will find that you are the power that can change everything!

So Happy I did this
I decided to do something I had never done before. I had tried yoga in the past, which helped me with flexibility and community. This time I wanted to learn to breath as I notice I struggle in that area. I had been reading, how when you are under a lot of stress you tend to breathe shallow and that can cause all sorts of issues. Upon meeting Sheree Grace, I was nervous, and
she could sense that. I cannot say enough, about how she really helped me understand the reasons why the breathe is so important. I experienced what some would call bliss.
She teaches this kriya called " Sat Chit Ananda" which I learned means ",truth, consciousness & bliss, I really felt all of those feelings deep in my soul after practicing. Over all, I wished I'd done her 5 -day retreat. 3 days, was just was not enough!! I will most definitely retreat with her again, in the near future.
I found it so exciting that she is planning to offer her retreats in person ,in South Florida, sometime in 2026. I will be there!

Feeling renewed and connected to my breath
I just recently completed a 3-day online retreat with Sheree Grace. I have worked with Sheree in the past here in Northern California where she lived and operated as a spiritual teacher/coach before moving to Florida. I was thrilled when I saw that she was now offering online retreats here on Retreat-guru, I jumped on the opportunity to work with her again. I have worked with Sheree in many capacities from group settings, workshops, and privately but for this particular retreat we were able to focus on the breath and how it’s the “Pathway to the heart” as she puts it. Sheree has a way of making you feel heard and supported throughout the entire time you spend with her. This includes spending extra time to break down the “why’s and how’s ” of what we are practicing.
I was a little unsure of how things would work online as I’ve always worked with her in person but honestly, it was great. It felt like she was right there in the room with me. This retreat really is for anyone who wants to learn how to calm the nervous system through the practice of breath which overall helps you in every area of life. I personally feel renewed and ready for whatever life has in store for me. One thing I especially appreciate is her sending me a YouTube video of the practice she created for me so I can continue my breath work practice as if she is there teaching it to me. I rate this retreat a 5 out of 5 but more importantly, I rate Sheree Grace a 10 out of 10! You won’t be disappointed with any of her offerings, do it for yourself.
