A Breath of Change in this Deep, Transformative New Year’s Breathwork Retreat

In this retreat, we use the turning of the year as a powerful moment to pause, consciously release the old, and create inner space for the new. The New Year is more than just a calendar date — it holds the unique energy of transition. A threshold between what was and what may come.

Conscious Connected Breathwork, a process-oriented breath practice, supports us profoundly: it moves what’s been held tight, opens access to unconscious layers, and enables deep, lasting transformation. Through the breath, we connect with what truly lives within — and that is where transformation begins.

Release. Receive. Transform.
Create your new beginning with the power of your breath. Like the wind carrying a balloon away, our breath invites us to let go of what no longer serves us. With every exhale, we release. In the empty space you create, new things gently land. With every inhale, new life grows — fresh courage, clear direction. In this conscious rhythm between letting go and receiving, space arises for clarity, lightness, and a deeper connection to what lies ahead. The breath gently paves the way for inner change and new alignment.

What to Expect
Over the weekend, we open the space three times to the transformative power of breath, each time diving deep into a journey to your innermost self. On day one, we begin with a 50-minute session to arrive and connect. On days two and three, the breathwork sessions last approximately 120 minutes each. The main themes are “Honoring the Old” and “Inviting the New.”

There will be plenty of time and space to slowly return after each breath session and to prepare and integrate the experience with various exercises and interventions. Around the breath sessions, you will also enjoy a supportive program including gentle Yin Yoga and meditation. Held by mindfulness, presence, and a nurturing group, this creates a container where personal transformation can unfold — authentic, deep, and carried by the spirit of new beginnings.

The seminar starts Friday at 4 pm. On Monday, we share a final lunch together and conclude by 1:30 pm.

Please note: After booking the retreat through this website, accommodation is to be arranged independently. The seminar house offers plenty of single, double, and shared rooms to suit different budgets. You’re also welcome to choose alternative lodging in the village or nearby and simply join the seminar as a day guest. This way, you can find the best option that fits your needs comfortably.
