Compassionate communication - learning and practicing the art of speaking and listening to each other with empathy, understanding, and respect.
Creating a safe and supportive environment for anything to feel safe to be expressed and being mindful of each other's feelings and needs. Instead of reacting with judgment or blame, partners seek to understand each other's perspectives, express their own feelings honestly, and work together to find mutually satisfying solutions.
Compassionate communication brings deeper connection, trust, and emotional intimacy by prioritizing kindness, patience, and a shared commitment to the well-being of both individuals in the relationship.
Pool time- You will be guided through a very beautiful experience in the water (in the close by pool), where you will learn to hold each other and support and care for each other in the nurturing element of the water.
Holding each other in the water creates a safe space of trust and vulnerability, allowing both of you to relax, attune to each other, and enhance your bond. This shared experience of support and surrender deepens emotional intimacy, helping you to feel more connected, understood, and in sync with one another and enriching your relationship with a profound sense of closeness and love.
We will practice two beautiful and heart-opening rituals together. These practices allow us to unlock the power of love in our hearts and shower it on ourselves and our partners.
These practices will open you to the infinite number of ways we can connect to our hearts, and you will come away with a better understanding of and ability to create these magical experiences on your own.
Meditation techniques for forgiveness and opening the heart. We will guide and support you through these techniques, whether you have a consistent meditation practice, have never meditated, or are somewhere in between. Meditating with your partner for as little as 10 minutes can bring more awareness to your thoughts and emotions, which leads to improved communication.
It helps couples feel more connected, regulate their emotions, and improve self-compassion. Any stress and anxiety can melt away and you will feel more relaxed afterwards!
