About this Retreat
Devi Chandra is a Mexican healer and curandera, walking the Sacred Path of Power Plants for over 23 years. A Medicine Woman, mother of three, and devotee of Saint Germain’s teachings, she has devoted her life to service, healing, and love for humanity and Pachamama.
A Reiki Master and Fire Guardian in the Temazcalli tradition, Devi guides Cacao Ceremonies, Women’s Circles, Rapé rituals, and Toad Medicine Ceremonies, sharing her gifts through the voice of her heart — a pure channel for the Divine Mother’s medicine to flow.
Having served alongside some of the most respected shamans of Amazonia and Mexico, her path is one of devotion, humility, and deep communion with ancestral wisdom.
Her songs are living prayers, her voice a healing bridge between Heaven and Earth. Her latest album is a chant for humanity to remember peace — an offering to awaken love and harmony within every heart

Before booking, please send an email to info@pranafoundation.org to check availability for your desired dates. You can also explore our social media (@prana_foundation) and website (www.pranafoundation.org) to get a sense of who we are and the work we do.
At Prana Foundation, we are dedicated to preserving traditional Earth medicines and making them safely accessible in Europe. Our retreats, mostly in Portugal, are guided by Devi Chandra Ma, a Mexican medicine woman with over 25 years of experience in healing practices around the world.
A retreat is an opportunity to step away from your daily life, to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Here, we create a space where your personal growth, healing, and transformation can unfold naturally, supported by experienced guides and a loving community.
Our Approach:
Plant medicines have the power to reveal deep truths and open the door to profound transformation. This can feel intense, but it is also full of potential to reimagine yourself from the ground up.
Our role as facilitators is to hold space with compassion and presence. We guide, accompany, and support, but we never lead. The work is yours to explore, with safety and care as our foundation.
Devi Chandra Ma brings a deeply maternal presence to every ceremony, holding the space with wisdom, love, and stability. The rest of the team is trained by her to assist with sensitivity, empathy, and grounding, ensuring each participant can fully engage with the experience.
During ceremonies, Chandra’s voice and instruments create a bridge to the spiritual realms. Many describe her icaros as “angelic”, a thread of safety and connection throughout the journey. You can listen to some of her songs on our website to feel the depth of her guidance.
Ceremonies & Practices:
1. Psilocybin Albino Mushrooms – Teonacatl (“Flesh of God”):
Known as Ceremonia de Velación by Mexican curanderos, this ceremony is about healing, insight, and soul rebirth. Held with respect and care, the medicine unfolds in nature, accompanied by music, prayer, and cleansing rituals. Ceremonies usually last around 6 hours, closing with grounding, nourishment, and gentle reflection.
2. Yoga, Breathwork, & Integration Sessions:
Movement, breath, and meditation help anchor insights, supporting both body and mind as you process the experience.
3. Wuachuma – San Pedro (“The Sky Opener”) & Sacred Fire Ceremony:
To welcome the New Year, this ceremony focuses on heart healing, release, and new beginnings. Guided walks in nature, sound immersion, and dance allow you to connect with the playful spirit of Wuachuma. The day culminates in a fire circle, bringing the group together in celebration, healing, and intention-setting.
Integration & Support
True transformation requires integration. After a retreat, the mind and body need time to digest and embody the experiences. We offer group integration sessions and recommend ongoing support through trusted therapists or guides. Two weeks after the retreat, an online sharing circle provides space to connect, reflect, and deepen your understanding.
After the Retreat:
We encourage participants to take time away from daily life, before and especially after the retreat, allowing the experiences to settle and integrate fully. Participants are invited to join the Prana spiritual family, a growing community dedicated to personal and collective spiritual growth.
