Introduction

We will make the most personalized retreat that you can find on this platform.

Let's go together on this journey in a 1:1 session working on your weaknesses with greater attention the way of bringing more strong aspects in you, aspects of which you did not expect to see change much less improvement.

We will also pay attention to your well-being in order to highlight more ways to optimize your skills.

We are always talking about associated physical and psychological work.

We will warm up, touch the main points and then return to calm.

Following the principles of training we will have a unique experience.

Agenda

The Retreat begins with the conversation between student and instructor for a brief anamnesis, in order to know the objectives with the training, physical abilities, limitations and all that information more inherent to their health and training. The duration of this anamnesis is 30 minutes with a maximum limit of 60 minutes.

After the anamnesis is performed, we will have the beginning of the training, composed of body warm-up focused on joint mobility lasting 15 minutes.

The main phase of the training contains flexibility training, strengthening upper limbs and lower limbs and strengthening the power house. We will also train balance, breathing and concentration, this phase lasts between 30 minutes and 60 minutes, the duration is variable, mainly due to the individuality of each practitioner.

Following the main phase of the training, we will have the return to calm, a phase that is characterized by low-intensity stretching, vertebral decompression and relaxation, comprising 30 minutes of return to calm.

To finish the training, we will have meditation, a moment with the purpose of complete rest of the practitioner providing psychological relaxation by my sound therapy, a phase with an intended duration of 60 minutes. Phase to also have dialogue depending on the student.

Important: My sound therapy consists of instructional voice, percussion and ambient sound.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE TRAINING? (Which materials/accessories)

1- MAT (physical exercise mat);

2- Towel;

3- A Lot Of Water.

To combine with the student a way to be able to practice the training in the place that is most comfortable, whether on the beach, in the park or in the comfort of your home/hotel, with my assistance in recommendation you can know the best places to practice training in the Algarve!

Important: The value of the retreat is for classes that take place in the Algarve territory, for other regions, check availability.
