About this Retreat
Your Guides
Ines teaches yoga from the heart – with warmth, intuition, and a deep sense of presence. Her approach is gentle, mindful, and rooted in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and held. Before creating her Puppy Yoga Retreat in Cyprus, she worked as a natural practitioner for mental wellbeing in Munich, supporting people on their emotional and spiritual journeys.
Her path led her to India, where she spent extended time deepening her yoga practice and completing several yoga teacher trainings. It was there that her spiritual journey truly began – and where she rescued a street dog, offering him a second chance at life. That moment of connection and compassion became a guiding light for everything that followed.
Today, Ines offers yoga as a space for softness, grounding, and self-discovery. Her classes combine gentle movement, meditation, and heartfelt presence. In the peaceful setting of her villa, surrounded by nature and rescue puppies, she invites you to slow down, reconnect – and maybe even fall in love with a furry companion along the way.

This retreat is a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing magic of yoga, nature, and rescued puppies. Held in a peaceful villa between the mountains and the sea, you’ll enjoy soft yoga sessions, guided meditations, and nourishing vegetarian meals – all surrounded by beauty and heart.
A special highlight: in the evenings, our rescued puppies join the gentle yoga and meditation sessions. Their presence brings a sense of joy, comfort, and grounding – a truly unique way to end the day. Many of our guests form deep bonds with the pups, and if you fall in love, you’re welcome to apply for adoption and give one of them a forever home.

Paphos International Airport (PFO) – about 45 minutes’ drive.

From Larnaca Airport (LCA):
Fly into LCA, then pick up a rental car or take a pre-arranged shuttle/taxi.
Follow the A1 motorway toward Nicosia, then switch to the A6 heading west toward Paphos.
Exit near Polis and drive on local roads to the villa in Peyia.
Estimated travel time: ~1 hour.
From Paphos Airport (PFO):
Land at PFO and rent a car or book a shuttle/taxi.
Take the A6 motorway east toward Limassol briefly, then follow signs to Polis.
Continue on scenic local roads up to Peyia.
Estimated travel time: ~45 minutes.

Our guests stay in a peaceful villa surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views of the sea or the mountains from every room. We offer cozy single and double rooms, each lovingly decorated to create a warm, homely atmosphere. All rooms have comfortable beds, plenty of natural light, and access to shared bathrooms or private ensuite options. The villa also features a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace, a garden terrace full of flowers, a pool, a private yoga room, and a rooftop yoga space with stunning views. It's the perfect place to rest, recharge, and feel at home.
