About this Retreat
Teddi is our star yoga teacher.
His journey began with winning a national yoga festival in Indonesia, representing Bali, and he has continued teaching ever since. Teddi's yoga philosophy focuses on the unification of movement, breath, and body. He brings fun and joy to his teaching, adapting it to all abilities, and enriching the journeys of countless students and everyone he meets.
Eli, Born and raised in Bali, has been in love with Yoga for over a decade. Her journey began with the practice of Hatha Yoga, after which she was introduced to Vinyasa Flow, which is immediately connected with this style, where asanas are connected through the breath for a transformative and balancing effect.
She trained extensively with both Balinese and Indian Gurus in the practices of yoga, meditation, and energy (“Qi”) movement. Eli loves exploring what she calls “inner yoga”, the practice of which triggers awareness and experience of the connection between the mind and the body.

Start your morning with a yoga and meditation class
Join us for a fresh and healthy buffet breakfast
Explore the jungle with a short rainforest hike
Return back for a buffet lunch served either at the dining area

End the afternoon with a tranquil yoga and meditation class on the deck overlooking the jungle

Directions
We are situated about a 3 hour drive from the airport, it can be a little less "depending on traffic".

Accommodation
Each spacious cabin has sliding doors that open to a small balcony, and the sight of flourishing tropical gardens with the sound of nature all around. Every cabin is spaced out to create privacy for our guests and is designed with a wooden terrace facing the garden. The interior is spacious and equipped with beautiful teak furniture. Its bedding comprises of either a king bed or two twin beds with 100% cotton bed linens and superior mattresses for the comfort of your sleep. The cabins also features a semi-outdoor bathroom tiled in natural stone, giving a unique jungle feel, while maintaining your privacy.

Bali Palms is surrounded by picturesque local traditional villages, numerous paddy fields, rivers and forests, and is often referred to as the “ReaI Bali” by locaIs and the few tourists who are lucky enough to visit. The property has 11 villas, each separated from each other for privacy, and all overlooking the rolling landscape down to the large swimming pool and the river and forests beyond.
