About this Retreat
I am trained in classical Tantric Yoga and a wide range of meditation systems, including yogic, Buddhist, and non-denominational approaches. As a mindfulness-based Core Process psychotherapist, I am trauma-informed, skilled at holding space, and able to support individuals through intense processes. I am also deeply passionate about the authentic relating practice of Circling, which I integrate into my retreats.
My primary teacher is Adyashanti. In addition to attending his retreats and satsangs, I have participated in extensive Zen-style meditation retreats with other teachers, as well as numerous personal retreats across various continents. For most of my adult life, my spiritual journey has led me to live an almost entirely nomadic existence: studying with masters; receiving darshan; engaging in deep shadow and trauma work; and dedicating myself fully to the path of healing and awakening.
I love to guide students in meditative self-inquiry rooted in the non-dual Śaivic traditions, alongside embodied Tantric Yoga and authentic relating practices. My classes are accessible to practitioners of all levels, offering a space for both depth and exploration.

Beth has always been drawn to the depths of human experience—how we heal, how we transform, and how we reconnect with ourselves in meaningful ways. Her journey has taken Beth through different creative and therapeutic pathways, weaving together a deep appreciation for the impermanence of life, the wisdom of the body, and the power of breath.
Beth’s background as an artist has shaped the way she sees the world, finding beauty in transience and embracing the ebb and flow of transformation. Beth has worked with ink and texture to create visual landscapes that evoke the ever-changing nature of existence. Beth’s artwork is deeply influenced by the concept of wabi-sabi—the Japanese philosophy of appreciating imperfection and impermanence. This theme runs through everything she does, from painting to therapeutic work, as she believes true healing comes not from erasing the past, but from integrating it with compassion.
Alongside Beth’s artistic practice, she is in her final stages of Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy (MBCCP) training, a modality that blends mindfulness and Buddhist philosophy with Western psychotherapy. This approach allows Beth to support her clients in becoming more present with themselves, exploring unconscious patterns, and deepening their connection to self-awareness and healing. Beth also integrates Somatic Experiencing (SE) into her work, a body-focused trauma resolution approach that helps release stored stress and brings the nervous system back into balance.
Beth is a conscious connected breathworker trained with Alchemy of Breath, . Breathwork is a profound tool for transformation, allowing us to access deeper layers of the subconscious, move through emotional blockages, and return to a natural state of flow. Combining breathwork with psychotherapy and somatic healing is a deeply holistic way to work—one that invites the mind, body, and spirit into the process of change. Through breath, mindfulness, and somatic awareness, we can move through the layers of resistance, fear, and old stories, making space for new possibilities to emerge.
Together, we can breathe into the unknown, embrace our shadows, and rediscover the power and wisdom that has always been within us.
