Morning
We start the morning at NAMI with a moment for ourselves – individual aromatherapy in the room and a glass of water that will stimulate the body to act. From 7:00 a.m., we invite you to morning physical activity: daily yoga practice (1.5 h).
For guests who prefer a different form of exercise, there are also options on their own: swimming in the pool, Nordic walking or a walk along the Baltic Sea shore – you can choose distances of 3, 5 or 10 km.
Day
Breakfast is served between 07:00 and 11:00/ (12:00 on the weekends), a healthy cocktail from 12:00 to 14:00, and lunch and dinner from 14:00*.
*Apart from breakfast, meal times can be adjusted individually, according to preferences and dietary recommendations.
During the day, specialist consultations (doctor, physiotherapist, dietician) are held. The program may also include diagnostic tests, individual training, therapies and treatments, such as:
• physiotherapy and urogynecology,
• cryotherapy sessions with cardio training,
• therapies in a hyperbaric chamber,
• aesthetic medicine and gynecology,
• podiatry and kosmetology,
• specialist procreation consultations for people trying to conceive.
Evening
We end the day with a served dinner. To calm down before bedtime, we invite you to a Yoga Nidra session, which helps to relax the body and mind. A cup of carefully selected tea (black, white, green, fruit or herbal) and evening aromatherapy with natural essential oil in the room will also be a great end to the day.
